I can't rave enough about the service of Radiant Solutions. They are so responsive, thorough, reassuring and kind. Chris, the manager, is truly a star of a human being. After calling several bed bug treament places, Radiant Solutions was recommended by the bed bug inspectors. I called on the spot and Chris came over at 7:30pm that night when he heard how panicked I was. He got our treatment plan started the next day with a chemical treatment and then squeezed in our heat treatment the following week (I have an elderly parent in the house, so he understood how bad of a situation it could get). While the month-long treatment wasn't cheap, it was the going-rate for full heat treatment and he and his team were so professional, and worked so hard, they deserved every penny! Chris made himself available to us throughout the treatment period and, most incredibly, even AFTER we passed the bed bug inspection. When I continued to get bites, Chris came over on his own and checked our mattresses every time I was scared the bed bugs were back. It turns out it was rodent mites and now that Radiant Solutions has a rodent service, we hired Chris for that too. He gave us a great price and was in our house from 7:30am to 4:30pm on a Saturday treating every nook and cranny. Finding Chris and Radiant Solutions has been our savior. More...

The manager of this company is a rare business person of honesty and integrity. They did amazing, timely work and stood behind everything they did. Thanks to the incredible job that Radiant Solutions did to eradicate our bed bugs, our home literally went from being a total nightmare to an absolute dream, in a single day! After spotting a couple of bed bugs, I immediately began researching pest control companies. I had already heard that the only truly effective way to get rid of bed bugs is through the use of heat.I read several glowing reviews of Radiant Solutions and after calling the company, I understood that the high-praise was well-deserved.Initially I spoke to Eric, who was extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous and totally empathetic to how unnerving it is to discover bed bugs in your home.Just two days later, Chris came to inspect our apartment.Like Eric, Chris was a consummate professional. It was clearly apparent that he knows everything there is to know about bed bugs, most importantly, how to rid your home of them for good.Chris was articulate, intelligent, comforting, kind, patient (I asked him a million questions) and displayed total command of his profession. We arranged to have our apartment treated the following week.Other companies require that customers do an immense amount of prep work prior to extermination, including washing every single thing that you own in hot water, drying on high heat, and placing everything in tightly sealed bags. I was exhausted just thinking about it.I was absolutely thrilled and relieved when Chris explained that the high heat would take care of any bed bugs that might be on our clothing, linens, etc…Since I live alone with my elderly mom, I was concerned about how we’d able to manage putting the apartment back in order when we returned. I mentioned this to Chris.My worries were for naught. Chris and his team went above and beyond to restore things to order on our behalf. In addition, Chris asked us multiple times if there was anything else they could help us with.The best and only part of this experience that truly matters is that we returned to a bed bug free home!
