Rachel was great! She was lightning fast, worked with the weather, made me comfortable, and was extremely professional. This is coming from someone who hates taking photos of herself. She really worked well with me and my ideas. Her idea was my favorite photo which just shows her skill. This was our first couple photo shoot. My husband and I have been together 3 years, and thought why not? Rachel was punctual (which we were not), local and normal which is derogatory. Her picture taking was professional, simple and creative. After the shoot I consider her a friend I just met who I would call again. Oh yeah, did I mention our photos! Rachel was so amazing! She was very flexible when it came to time and location, shes local, and very patient. I have 3 little boys and my oldest 2 would hardly stop running around crazy so we could actually pose as a family, she was extremely patient and somehow managed to get some amazing shots on the few poses we were able to get, not to mention all of the awesome candids she got of us. Rachel was amazing! Her photos turned out a thousand times better than I could have ever imagined or hoped for. She has such an enormous amount of talent that she channels amazingly well.
Our wedding didn’t go along to any of plans, but Rachel was calm and worked with us through it. The way she worked with us and told us how to situate ourselves for the optimum shot was beyond any photographer I have ever dealt with. She surpassed all expectations I had of a photographer. She kept checking in with us, making sure we were happy with what she was doing and if we had any other ideas, shots or photos we wanted.
Overall, I would not change a thing about my wedding. Especially hiring Rachel. I highly recommend using her for not only your wedding day but anytime you want to capture a special moment. She has a kind heart, is easy to work with and has an enormous talent that emanates in her work.
