I want you to be empowered with tools of liberation, so you can be free to listen to your inner wisdom. Some of the tools I use are metaphor, story-telling, spirituality, and cognitive restructuring, in a safe space we create together.
How will you know if we’re a good fit? I offer a free 20-minute phone consultation to get the first jitters out of the way and answer any questions you may have.
