I came to one of Rachael's headshot parties. I found out about it through Actors Play LA who gifted me a free headshot from Rachael! The event itself was very nice! Very well put together and talk about a photographer with so much energy and spark! She genuinely loves taking photos and making people look their best and you can totally see it in her work! When I received my headshots I was honestly blown away at the quality and how great she captured my personality. If you are looking to book some work I would totally think about shooting with Rachael! She knows how to capture the best you and seems to do it so effortlessly! Rachael photographed a networking and panel event for our non-profit organization. She was hired very last minute so we appreciated she was able to make it on such short notice. She was easy to communicate with, arrived early and was incredibly professional. I was in a rush for some last minute headshots for business cards for a conference I was attending. A little panicked, I called Rachael. She responded immediately, set up a time and there we had it. Rachael arrived promptly and literally within minutes she assessed my ideas and location and we got right to the photo shoot. She was able to immediately identify the spots of my location choice that had the best lighting and backgrounds and she had instant vision. I could not believe how spot on she was. She was fluid in her movements as we moved around and I felt so comfortable at all times in spite of my distaste for being a photography subject. When the session was complete, Rachael’s talent and artistry astounded me. Her editing skills are outstanding as well. We were able to narrow down the shots with great ease and I was thrilled with our final product. I love the school photos Rachael did this year! How often could you really say that about school photos? It's clear she has a way to get kids looking their best and she is detail oriented (i. e. my daughter refused to take off a bandaid on her arm and Rachael made sure the photo was taken from the other side). In addition to the more traditional school photos, she also did pics with the kids holding a chalkboard that said what they want to be when they grow up. If you are looking for a professional photographer to capture amazing pictures of your family...Rachael B is your woman!  She photographed our family in 2017 and it was a great experience and the photographs were magical.  Rachael is great with kids and got my children really involved in the photoshoot.  The location she chose was beautiful and easy to get to.   She had thoughtfully put together multiple locations to shoot on the property and did not rush through the session.  She even took time to help choose out our final outfits for the pictures.  The pictures were uploaded to a web site that was easy to navigate and allowed us to select our final pictures.  We look forward to using Rachael again in the future!!!
