Working with RAA was the worst decision of my life. We contracted them to do a full remodel - not only was the job itself horrible (sloppy rushed work, no clean up etc. ) but working with Moti the head contractor was more than a headache. He was manipulative, intrusive, careless and ultimately treated my home and my family with no respect. I wanted to wait till my project is done before I put this review so I won&#39;t regret anything I say. We hired RAA Construction Group for a complete kitchen renovation  after we were highly recommended by a friend. From the very starting point of the project all the way till the installation of all my kitchen appliances Moti &amp; his team were very professional every step of the way. I received weekly schedules and daily updates on my projects. The crew did the kitchen very fast, even faster then I thought. It&#39;s so nice to see a kitchen being built from ground zero so fast!. We just passed final inspection and of course Moti made sure to be present while the city inspector came. Beyond Satisfied with how my bathroom came out. I decided to hire RAA after I met with a few contractors regarding remodeling my bathroom. Moti was actually the last one I met out of all of them, and all I can only say is that I am quite happy I didn&#39;t reach a decision before meeting with him. <br><br>I expressed exactly what I wanted for my bathroom and how I would like it to look, and I got exactly what I wished for. We are so pleased with the job RAA construction did for us. After interviewing a several other contractors we decided to move forward with Moti and his team for several reasons. First, the attention to detail and design was superior. Our project was relatively small, but Moti still used his software to show us a 3D version of what our house would look like after construction. I am very much type A personality so I was worried about hiring a contractor to begin with since they are notorious for being late, behind schedule, unreachable, etc. Moti and team could not be more opposite. He said they would arrive at 8 am sharp on the start date and sure enough they were there at 8 am sharp! Also, my husband and I were not able to be home due to our work schedules and Moti kept us updated throughout the day via text and photos. I really appreciated this and felt like the communication was above and beyond my expectations. Finally, they finished this job in 2 days!! Some of the other quotes we got ranged from 2 weeks to a month! I couldn&#39;t believe how fast they were. Isaac is the man for his expertise and skill. He did an amazing job for us! They listened carefully to our thoughts, vision & ideas while providing us with amazing feedbacks in order to make it happen! First remodeling project that RAA Construction Group did in our house few years ago and we decided to hire them once again to completely remodel few sections of our house. During this remodeling project, they took our ideas and vision and brought it into life. What we wanted was to have a large open space of the whole first floor while merging the kitchen with the living room and dining room areas. Our best part of having RAA Construction Group performing the remodeling was how they guided us during the whole remodeling process making sure that we will take the right decisions and purchases of materials mainly when we had a contractor, a designer and  a decorator working as one big team and helping us with basically everything. On top of all of that, they also did a great remodeling job, made sure that it will be based on the promised schedule and finished the remodeling project while making sure that there will be no mistakes or problems. We hired RAA Construction Group to remodel the kitchen. The work took close to 2 months and the work went very good. the communication skills were the main thing that we loved during this remodeling because we were updated on a daily basis via emails about the progress of the work and about all the scheduled ordered and deliveries. I worked with Moti as he designed and remodeled our kitchen. He is very professional and skilled and is able to communicate in order to make my vision as a reality. He also brought excellent solutions and ideas to get the maximum money for the space. The remodeling process took close to  2 months but it was very worth it. He guided me through the design, color selection, furnished hardware and improvement. My experience with RAA Construction Group was very good and better than what we expected. We needed a kitchen remodeling and some repairs to water damage from the last rain few months ago. Mr. Moti and his team were able to design, plan and rebuild our kitchen and then to take care of all the repairs at the garage itself. I needed a contractor in the LA area to remodel a rental property. I spoke with several contractors and ultimately chose RAA and couldn't be happier with their professionalism and high quality of completion. We needed to remodel our 2 bedrooms and kitchen in Los Angeles and needed the remodeling to be done fast because we needed to move in ASAP. Moti at RAA Construction Group came over to the house and met with us. After checking and chatting the options, we knew right away that we will hire him and all we needed to do is to wrap the price so it will fit our budget. AWESOME! Our remodeling project with RAA Construction Group went very smoothly, fast, persist and we absolutely owe it all to Moti. Our remodeling project included the totally overhaul of our kitchen, living room, family room and a guest bathroom. Moti knows all the best vendors and places in town for appliances, kitchen cabinets, marble, electricity and wood flooring. Everyone that he referred us to, was very professional and courteous. Moti also provided us with detailed sketches that helped us tremendously with the new look of the spaces so we can get the feel of the final product. We can only write good things about this company here. Moti treated us very nice and he made us very happy by completing our remodeling on the best side he could! At first, we were looking to replace some gutters that were no good and we were also thinking about remodeling the kitchen (something that we wanted to do for a long time). Moti provided us with anything we needed to know and he took care of all the hard things such as ordering the materials, helping with the selection of colors, type of items etc.... and mostly made sure that they will be arrived on time so no delays will be occurred. The gutters were the first things that were replaced within several days and the kitchen was complete after 4 weeks of day to day work. We had a great experience with RAA Construction... Before we started the conversion of our 2 car garage, we researched and shopped around for few months until we went ahead with RAA Construction. Because we are a picky people, we went physically to see several remodeling jobs that they did recently. We were impressed but also worried at the same time. Based on what we saw, we felt that our estimate will not fit our budget and that we will not be able to afford it. The sales rep delivered us the quote and spent 5 hours with us. He didn’t push us to sign the contract and more than that, he didn’t try to persuade us. We took all the information he gave us and few days after, we called him and agreed to talk over the weekend. Shortly after that day, we called him and scheduled the meeting at our house. The price for the work was fair and we felt that we are in good hands. We signed the agreement and a week after, the project started. We converted the garage (about 500 sq/ft) to an amazing single room including a bathroom & steam shower, small laundry area and a kitchen. Everything came out perfect. The additional unit blend well with the rest of the house and all of our friends including our family members that visited us after the work was completed, could not believe how nice the new space… They were able to deal with all the challenges that the project included and how the new hardwood floor installation was blended to the house as a one long hardwood floor Hallway .We are very happy with the results More...

RAA Construction Group was able to give us the best price for new installation of wood floor at our house. The total Sq/ft is about 1700. during the work we had 3 workers that worked together. The work went great! They made sure to move the furniture’s and to bring them back to place after the new floor was installed. Before we started the remodeling project at our house, all we had were just some pictures from a magazine that we collected over the last few months. We met several contractors and we asked them to make the master bedroom and master bathroom to look as close as possible to these pictures. RAA Construction Group (Moti) inspect the pictures and measured the spaces and after a week, they came up with a design that changed them completely and made them better than the pictures even. Moti and his team were able to do an amazing job that included everything from demolishing to remodeling and we are super happy with how it all came out. I hired RAA Construction Group to do a complete remodeling of all the bathrooms and laundry room in addition to build a new fireplace for us in the living room. I must admit that they did an incredible job and we are extremely pleased with the final results of it. Moti, and the crew were extremely experienced and appeared to work each day in order to be within the schedule. We did have a few minor issues during the work (which is typical to any remodeling project that size), but they solved all of them without any hesitation and they did all the necessary tasks to complete the job exactly the way we expected it to be done. After our house went on fire, we had to rebuild it from the ground up, we could not have asked for a better design and execution partner than RAA Construction Group (Moti). The fire gave us the ability for a complete redesign of the house and with Moti expertise of materials, finishes materials and great design sense… we created a large transformed space style with a traditional look and feel. The stunning feedbacks keep coming from all of our family and guests! Moti suggested us an open space flow of materials throughout the house in order to provide a large space. His extra attention to details like mapping out the direction of the floors in each room so that it will show a perfect continues throughout the house which gives the home a wonderful custom feel. First before I start to write this review, I would like to give my tip to whoever will read this review. always do your homework! shop around and be sure to have good communication with your contractor. We met with Moti from this company, and we set for over 2 hours talking about what we can do with our bathroom. Moti apparently was able to answer us for each of our questions (and we had a lot) his design of how the new bathroom will look like, captured our attention and we knew that we are in good hands here. the price was a bit high but we thing that its better like this and to get what you paid for than to pay less and have problems at the end. the bathroom came out more than great and the perfection of it was stunning! we attached some pictures and they will talk for themselves. Moti is a great person work with! His experience and knowledge is awesome and he is down to earth person that know his job very well. The work that Moti did was to expand the dining room area and to have a open space feeling around the house. The kitchen that we decide to do was a mahogany color with brown counter top. The work was completed after 4 weeks and during that time, Moti came over each day to see the progress is going to work with the workers. All the materials were agreed prior to the beginning of the work and Moti made sure to have them ordered and delivered to our house. The professional team at RAA Construction Group did a wonderful remodeling job on the garage conversion and laundry room at my house! The garage conversion remodeling included basically everything from start to finish. Moti and his office staff took care of all the documentations while the other members of the team did the actual work from the removal of 1 wall, new plumbing, lighting, cabinets and replaced the existing water heater with a tankless water system. The work that they did made the garage and laundry room functional, beautiful and with extra storage space and light. The new light system that they used keeps the garage and laundry room bright although the laundry room doesn’t have any window. Moti was our contractor. Moti was recommended to us by a friend who hired him before and when he heard that we are looking for a contractor… he gave us his number and urged us to talk to him. We did have 2 additional quotes for the remodeling that we wanted to do and Moti had the best price! What we loved more was that his knowledge, suggestions and experience was much more than the other ones couldn’t offer! We felt that Moti will do a more professional job and mostly – he can deliver. We basically searched online and found a design that we loved and Moti worked with us very well and made it a reality. Because we were so satisfied with his work… we hired them recently to remodel our guest bathroom, kitchen and master bedroom.
