Like a lot of you, during quarantine I saw my activity and mood levels decline. It didn't sit well with me and I began dissecting physical fitness to understand how my body's movement influenced my everyday activities.

I found RA fitness after a negative experience with a personal trainer at the gym. As someone who was completely new to fitness I had no idea where to start and wanted guidance. Jordan genuinely cares about his clients and wants to see them improve and learn both physically and mentally. He always encourages self learning and provides you with the knowledge you need to form your own opinions. He greatly improved my body awareness so I can more easily correct my form when on my own. He personalizes and changes each workout to how you are feeling that day(if you are sore or stiff somewhere), not just following pre-written plans. You can see his genuine enthusiasm for fitness as he is always learning and studying. My results are not just physical but also mental. I have learned so much about fitness, nutrition, and building healthy lifelong habits. More...

Jordan is a wonderful, knowledgeable, and trustworthy coach. I’ve been with Ra Fitness for about 6 months and I’ve seen a total change in body composition and fitness. I am a competitive equestrian, and Jordan took the time to understand the needs of my sport and wrote me a personalized program.
