We ate here on Sunday evening of opening weekend, and will definitely be back! Nicole was very friendly and helpful (and has great wine recos) I had a flight of wines, and Nicole was kind enough to swap one of them out for me, at my request, since I wanted to try a new one. So I was impressed by the wine list, but the PIZZA is what I really want to talk about. Amazing. This is one of those places with the fancy ovens, so the crust is perfect, thin, with the perfect amount of chewiness on the edges. These are meant to be “personal” sized, but you order an appetizer, you could probably share one. Or have leftovers. So good! Well done you guys!! More...
