We base a menu based on what the market price of the item, the amount of guests, and the clients budget. These are all factors that help finalize a budget.
What do you love most about your job?
We love satisfying our clients and seeing their faces when we present our talents to them.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We have been in the food & hospitality industry for over 30 years. Our head chef managed her own restaurant in the heart of Coral Gables for over 30 years. We decided to establish our catering business because it was time for us to do something for ourselves. We love providing our services to clients and allowing them to taste our amazing dishes.
