Our mixed breed Ali, did a two weeks Board & Train with Lilyanna at the end of July 2021. She went for basic obedience, but most importantly to correct her biting and nipping at people’s hands and feet. After two weeks, our girl came home more calmed, follows all commands and her instincts to nip are better controlled and whenever she slips a small correction puts her back in place! My 5-year-old rescue Dachshund mix Lulu and I recently completed 8 individual sessions with Lilyanna and we can’t rave about her enough! She was positive and patient, and gave simple, explicit directions. We learned so much. When we first started, my goal was just to have less stressful walks, but we got so much more than that. At the beginning, Lulu only knew “sit” and by the end she knew come, down, touch, wait, leave it, and heel. Our walks are so much more enjoyable now and Lulu really loves practicing the commands. It’s great brain work for her. As for me, I am so much more patient now because I have the tools I need to correct Lulu’s behavior in positive ways. Lilyanna was such an amazing teacher to both of us. One pro tip to anyone considering training: make sure you do the “homework” Lilyanna gives you and practice with your pup in between sessions. Almost a year ago, I adopted a little 2 year old pitbull. Within a month of her staying with me, she had successfully ripped off doors from their hinges in her crate, peed on every carpet she could in my apartment, and ripped up anything she could get her mouth on. Come to find out Rin had severe separation anxiety, not even the strongest medications (Xanax included) could fix. Luckily, I had the opportunity to find and work with Lilyanna at Quinn’s K9 Services, and we began rigorous personal training, as well as group training. Within 6 months, you wouldn't even be able to tell that I have a dog that ripped doors of their hinges living in my apartment. We absolutely adore Lilyanna, her social skills, and her ability to connect with every single dog she encounters. She is literally a miracle worker, in the sense that you are willing to be patient, understanding, and consistent with your own training and help to your dog! Lilyanna's services have been life-changing for our 1-year-old dog! In addition to loving her friendly, welcoming, and enthusiastic personality, her expertise is evident within the first 5 minutes of the session! We began with a few 1-hour sessions, which quickly led us to book a week-long Board&Train to help with our dog's anxiety towards strangers and leash manners. She regularly kept me updated on how my dog was doing, sent engaging videos, and sent me home with the proper tools to keep the training up. We loved the drastic results in our dog's confidence and obedience that we're already planning on booking another Board and Train week. Her passion for her work is clear and she helps both owners and pets feel comfortable in the training process.
