We've had three different cleaners come to our building to clean the common areas (stairwells, hallways, and landings) and all three have done an excellent job. They bring their own cleaning solutions and paper towels (our building provides a broom, dustpan, and Swiffer). Since our building does not have a sink in the basement, I work from home the day they clean so I can provide them with water and swap it out when it gets dirty.
