Over 5 weeks without being able to update my bank feed. I've spent over 2hrs, across 4 separate calls, trying to resolve the problem or at the very least get an update. Appalling technical support.

I joined with the guarantee of 24/7 support and have had nothing but issues. They told me I can’t updated my trial to a full subscription. I worked out how to do it and now it won’t accept my payment. No one in their call centre seems to know what they are doing. A month of trial and trying to get support and I have received nothing. I would prefer to spend 3 times the money for some a product that provides the service promised. I am not completely literate in computers so I need the support. More...

03/12/2021: I can't add a new review so I am adding to the below: It is now a month later and still NOTHING has been sorted. The refund hasn't and the crossed bank feed issues hasn't either. If Quickbooks cannot sort this for a customer, avoid them! Nov 2021: Was asked by email to rate Quickbooks this way. Okay, here goes. Swapped from Wave (as no longer supported in Aus) many months back but have had nothing but issues. From Chart of Account import troubles, to the auto bankfeed ceasing and then suddenly importing into the wrong account. Setup of Rules (with a credit and a debit line in the one transaction) didn't work either. Each time an issue has been "Escalated" or "classed as a high priority" it still takes many weeks for anything to happen. "They are working on it" and "We will get back to you soon" is about as detailed as it gets when I make call after call after call. Lucky I'm only a small organisation but as a volunteer treasurer, it's still a waste of many ours of my time. Sorry Quickbooks, because you again didn't get back to me yesterday and the outstanding issues are still not solved, I am not a fan at this point in time. More...

app won't link to my bank. ive called 5 times for help and done the online chat 6 times and no one will help fix it. they just tell me its not their department. useless app and service if you cant even track your business expenses and income and receipts with it. More...

Just found out after a month of research and signing up, that Quick Books have decided to remove the feature that lets you create fully customised invoices, and instead you have to use one of their bog ugly templates. Is this a fraud company? They increased the price without notification. I requested to cancel the services but they still keep taking money from our account. I sent many emails to request to refund amount and don't change any more, no action has been taken. The phone support goes to some other country, couldn't even hear a 25% of the conversation. They are just money hungry. Never sign up anything with such company. Stay away. Not recommended. Please contact me if you need more information about this issue. More...

I’m a tax accountant and I find this system the worst bookkeeping system to use. It’s not user friendly, doesn’t matter which system you use. It is outdated with its reports and access.
