I called Blaine, told him what I wanted and he came over within a couple of hours looked at everything, gave me a reasonable estimate and then came back later that afternoon and did a wonderful job. I had him come back the next day and do some extra gardening and planting of bedding plants and he is just as particular if not more than what I am about planting which says a lot.
