I had my apartment side wall cleaned. Manpreet was nice at first, but he was over charging me for a small side part which made no sense and kept pushing to do more when I clearly told him I don’t own the place.
My in laws are related and partly own it. But yet again kept pushing me to do more. I gave him my budget and ask him to do whatever he can in it. It was a small side walk. With just bugs and a lot of leaves and small bushes. Needed it to be cleaned for the safety of my kids. So he said he would put chemicals and all and said he will go over anything if necessary or if it wasn’t done right. I paid him immediately after the job was done. And gave him the deposit immediately after he came to do an estimate. His communication was terrible after he got paid. He didn’t care to do a second round as he promised to put the chemicals nor did he replied to any of the messages since he left muddy tiles where to walk out of the house from the side. Top of that while he was working he started to communicate and make business with my neighbors. That’s Not professional. He could’ve waited to do more business or gave the neighbor a card instead of wasting more time. He stayed doing the work more then the anticipated time. Started to chat with my family members. I just don’t get the need to do all of that. I get it wanted more business but why during a job someone is paying you for.
Still haven’t gotten a response after several messages. Seems like all he wants to do is charge them Double the price for the value of the work. He does fine work but communication is unresponsive. As well as professionalism. Sorry but I was not 100% satisfied. Left mud along the half of the pathway after the beginning power wash.

Manpreet was very responsive, thorough, and friendly. He came out to survey our backyard, explain what was driving the algae growth on our concrete patio (we just purchased the place), explain what he’d do and what eco safe products he’d use, and plan out the water hookup (tricky in our building) and setup and cleanup. Very, very satisfied with the power washing of my very long driveway, backyard and side yard, all of which had never been power washed before. Manpreet was prompt, took his time, was respectful of my neighbor’s property ( making sure debris from the power washing didn’t affect her property), and did a terrific job. What do you love most about your job?
I love the completion of all the cleaning. Customers come to me asking for what they think is an unreasonable amount of cleaning. I take pride in knowing what I do, and they find comfort in knowing that I can get the job done. Hearing their joy once everything is finished, and looking at the completely finished project is one of the best feelings in the world.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I decided that opening up my own business was not only the safest path forward through the future, but also the most lucrative. As a business owner, I've learned how to overcome many forms of adversity and also many laterally transferable skills that I can leverage for potential high paying jobs. Many doors of opportunity have opened up for me as a result of starting my own business.
Why should our clients choose you?
The clients at Queens Pressure Washing are treated professionally and the work is done thoroughly. Customers are treated like clients and people, rather than numbers, while at the same time maintaining healthy boundaries which allow potential clients to feel safe working with us. Funds are reinvested into new technologies and research into making the labor as efficient and fast as possible. The cleaning is done to industry and personal standards, which are high, and if clients have special requests, they are always honored.

Queens Pressure Washing offers remote and online estimates. However, actual cleanings and washing need to be done at the location our clients need work done at. In the future, once robotics and remote technologies improve, I will sit my fat ass on my couch and use a control stick to clean everything from a hundred miles away.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Masks are worn when communicating with customers during estimates, in addition to practicing the 6 foot rule. Fortunately, working in the sun reduces the strength of Covd-19 by 90%, and working outdoors with constant airflow, reduces the efficacy of Covid-19 a further 80%. Regular pandemic controls are maintained, and Queens Pressure Washing even offers remote payments via Zelle, Paypal, Venmo and CashApp.
House Washing
Queens Pressure Washing offers exterior house and exterior building cleaning services. Equipment is operated from the ground on the outside. Cleaning mixtures and chemicals are applied from the ground while adhering to safety measures to make sure surrounding gardens and plant life are kept safe. After application and thorough rinsing, the exterior gets cleaned of all organic growth and dirt.
Paver Cleaning & Polymeric Sand Installation
Pavers get dirty with weeds, moss, algae, and dirt, not to mention the destabilization that occurs from sand washout from between the pavers. Queens Pressure Washing utilizes high pressure, high flow water to clean over and in between the pavers to push out all the vegetation and old sand. Cleaning chemicals are applied to kill any roots and prevent future vegetation growth. Following that, an important type of sand called Polymeric Sand is applied which hardens between the pavers. This Polymeric Sand prevents weeds from growing from the bottom, keeps moisture from leaking into the base of the pavers, and overall stabilizes the paver installation. Queens Pressure Washing is great at cleaning Pavers and installing Polymeric Sand.
Driveway, Walkway, Porch, & Patio Pressure Washing
Queens Pressure Washing uses specialized chemicals and high flowing pressurized water to clean oil, grease, moss, mildew, algae, weeds, dirt, grime, tar, paint, and others from exterior surfaces including but not limited to driveways, walkways, porches, and patios. The cleaning processes are very efficient, and depending on the type of stain the processes are eco-friendly. Overall, it's healthier to clean and maintain the exterior surfaces surrounding a property before replacing them. High traffic areas require bi-yearly or monthly maintenance, but most residential properties require only yearly cleanings.
Wood Deck Washing & Wood Fence Washing
Queens Pressure Washing has an improved cleaning process that refurbishes wood decks and fences without damaging the main structural properties of the wood. After removing the organic growth and rinsing, a wood brightener is applied to bring out the original look of the lumber. At the end of the cleaning, the wood is healthier and looks closer to it's original, fresh cut look and smell.
