I had the pleasure of ordering a delicious Strawberry Shortcake Cheese cake with Queen Q Quinine! I must say her follow up and follow through was impeccable. I had several questions prior to ordering and her responses were prompt. Now, the Cheesecake was ABSOLUTELY Scrumptious! I’ve been a huge fan of Qiana’s cooking since we met 3 years ago and I can HONESTLY say that I’ve never EVER had a bad dish from her! What’s your signature dish?
My Voodoo Pasta, gumbo, banana pudding, fried catfish, ribs/tips, turkey dressing, collard greens, German Chocolate cake, sweet potato casserole, macaroni & cheese, pot roast, and Salmon Croquets are a few of my specialties.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I listen to my clients' requests, I put together an estimate of items that fit the menu the client desires, we discussion the options/answer questions, and finalize the menu.
What do you love most about your job?
I love when my food makes others happy!!!! I love to receive constructive criticism and suggestions from my clients.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Fornyears people who have had my food, have always encouraged me to sell it. I doubted myself at first, but during the pandemic I stepped out on faith and have been thriving ever since.
Why should our clients choose you?
the taste and quality of my food speaks for itself, but my punctuality, professionalism, and communication is what puts me ahead of other small catering businesses.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Safety of my clients and myself are always priority, therefore, masks are required when picking up food.

We provide catering for all occasions. We cater for 4-500 people. Choose from hundreds of dessert, comfort food, soul food, breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner options. The professionalism, communication, and punctuality are top notch!
