I was hesitant to go after reading some of the reviews but was in need of a mani pedi. I called after purchasing groupon and was able to get an appointment at noon for basic pedi and gel manicure. The place was clean, nice selections of polishes. They asked if I wanted any extra services but not in a bad way. The place was nice and clean. I had a groupon, which i called in for an appt. They asked for the voucher number WHILE i was making the appt which is really weird But i realized they do that so that you're not able to refund the voucher if you change your mind. Once you "view the voucher" on groupon you are unable to request for a refund. I was upset because i seen bad reviews AFTER i made my appt so i just had to go and see for myself. My voucher came with a 60 min massage, 45 min facial and mani.. I have to say, they were all AMAZING. My appt was at 10am on a Tues so i was the first and only client. I would come back again. I havw coming to this spa for years and I still enjoy the devices. The massages and facials are always great. I usually use a Groupon but, they usually have deals at the spa as well. Highly recommend!!!

Had a great experience the facility is nice and clean. I enjoyed the time in the relaxation room with a cup of tea. The massage was phenomenal and the sauna was icing on the cake. Great girl time.
