I contacted David to come in and patch a large section of drywall in our basement. We got a bit lucky and he was able to make it out next day. I hired David to install some blinds in our home I had ordered from JC Penney. I explained what we needed and he was polite, professional and very clear on when we could schedule, what he could do and charge. The blind installation would have been simple but because there was a mistake made on the order (ours mistake --not his), he had to cut the blinds which was a bit scary but he did a terrific job. He was responsive and fast, and super efficient. He definitely knows his stuff, and he's a lovely guy to boot. He also hung some mirrors for me and a few other items. Will definitely hire him again! PROS-COMMUNICATION: David replied promptly to my email request w. availability + rates. We exchanged a few messages to ensure he had all the details prior to arriving to ensure he was comfortable and capable of job. -KNOWLEDGEABLE: David was very comfortable and confident installing shelving system. It was his first time installing "Vitsoe" and we talked through any possible issues regarding installation in drywall, etc... to ensure all parties were comfortable with decision before moving forward. -LOVES THE WORK: David is passionate about the work. David is an exceptional handyman. I emailed him on Saturday, and he was able to come on Monday. He arrived on time and went right to work replacing six smoke detectors, two in very awkward locations. i needed help with four difficult cabinet hinges.
