I do not recommend this place! Went here for Cinco de Mayo. Granted it was busy, but every table was being taken care of but ours. A server eventually decided to come to our table a good 20 minutes after we were seated and took our food & drink orders. About 15 minutes after that, a different server came over and asked if we were ready to order. When told we already ordered, she asked if we needed more time to look at the menu! 🙄 Food took almost an hour to come out and was incorrect. Took forever to flag somebody down to send it back. Well, a few minutes after it was sent back, a third server came over with our bill! Told her we received the wrong order and sent it back and haven’t eaten yet. She just sported a goofy grin and said, “Yes. It is busy tonight!” After waiting another eternity and correct order never brought out, we had enough. Had to actually get up and block the server’s path who gave us the bill just to get the proper bill for our watered down maragaritas served in a red plastic cup packed to the top with crushed ice. Like I said earlier, the servers were taking care of all the tables around us with no trouble and people coming in long after we arrived were getting seated and taken care of immediately. This place USED to be good, but the quality of food and especially the service has SERIOUSLY gone downhill in the last year. We sat outside for 15 minutes before anyone came up to our table. Our waitress last night didn’t bring us a menu for 30 minutes, she never remembered to bring us waters the whole time, took over an hour to get our food, plus she charged us for a margarita that we didn’t order (brought the wrong flavor out and told her I didn’t want it but she still put it on the tab), she started taking our food order (finally) and then put her hand up and stopped us halfway through and walked off to help another customer 🤣 I’ve neverrrr had that happen before. Extremely rude and bad customer service. And she forgot we ordered queso and took 45 minutes to bring it out. Pretty sure she was drunk or tipsy at least. The guacamole, which is usually pretty good, was awful. To top everything off, my boyfriend left his Ray-ban sunglasses (and no tip) and when we called today to see if they were still there, the hostess told us that our waitress took his sunglasses home with her. I loved and lived for Que Pasa but it's gotten to be terrible. I told my husband it was just a fluke the first couple of times but it seems to be consistent. I always suggested que pasa to coworkers and people flying in to the area but it seems to be hit or miss these days.
