Timely and appropriate options given our situation. They were able to have us and running with 36 hours of getting our call and stayed until it was done right. The dogs loved them too!

I started what should have been an easy $20 repair of the kitchen faucet and it turned into a project unto itself where I had to replace the faucet. Then I had to get a new supply line because the old one wasn't long enough for the new faucet. Â I got to the point where everything was good..... but it was leaking like a sieve and I lost all patience. In my desperation, I called Quality for a plumber on a Sunday...... Nick arrived less than an hour after I called, got the line to stop leaking (I just hadn't gotten the connection tight enough). He found that the drain basket was rusted through and so I had him replace that. He put all the plumbing back together (I had taken it apart so I could fit in the cabinet to do the work).Nick was personable and efficient. We chatted while he worked. I know part of his job is customer service and he did that beautifully. Nobody wants to pay the emergency service fee to have a plumber come outside of normal business hours, but I was glad to pay it for the peace of mind I've had since he left yesterday. Nick was kind, quick, and effective. He knew early on what the problem was and even though it was the appliance rather than the connections, he gave me a reason rate for his time and make suggestions on how to get it fixed quickly and as inexpensive as possible. Â Would totally use them again.

Nick came to the house and diagnosed the problem that I was having in an upstairs shower. Â No hot water was getting through. Â Nick ordered the part, and came back today with Blake. Â They replaced the faulty part, and now we have hot water.On a side note they also removed a hose from a seized faucet outside. Â They did not even charge us. Â Great plummets. Last year we purchased our home in Mebane and needed to find a good plumber to resolve several issues. Â We chose Quality Service Today because they are local and thought we'd give them a try. Â Boy, did we ever luck out!We've now used Quality Service Today several times over the past year for different issues that came with our home purchase, and each time we received prompt, courteous, efficient and -- best of all -- top-flight totally competent and knowledgeable professional care. Â The "icing on the cake" was when Nick, our plumber, made several suggestions on how we could save $$$ in the future to preclude having to call and pay for plumbing help. Adam Hill and Nick Pleasants were great. They were professional and knowledgeable about their business. They were able to answer every question that I had regarding a sewage backup and proceeded to work under diligently until they found a resolution to the problem. Which turned out to be a sewage backup with the city. Quality Service Plumbing company was very prompt in serving my last minute request to an emergency sewage backup. Once they determine the issue was with the city they did not even charge me for the second visit and requested that I call the town public works ASAP. They also went the extra mile and went down my sewage pipes to make sure I did not have any underlying issues. I highly recommend this company to anyone who would like quality and excellent service. The technicians that came to fix my kitchen sink faucet were friendly and on time (I called to schedule and they had someone at my house in under two hours! ) It was great to read their bios and learn about them - turns out we had some things in common! Both of the guys were very professional but easy to talk to. They recommended an option for a long term fix, which I chose to do after listening to the pros and cons. And the price was great too! I recently made a call for service to Quality Service Today. Chris responded to my call on Sunday afternoon. He assessed the problems that I showed him and he came back with a solution and a price within a few minutes. I want to say that he was professional and did an Absolutely Fantastic job in completing the work. I had an outside underground leak and a leak underneath my home. I noticed that my bathtub faucet was leaking in September 2020. After trying to fix it myself, I realized I needed to call an emergency plumber as it was the weekend and my children and I needed to shower, etc. I called this place and ultimately regret it. The employee who came to our home on the day of the call was very kind. He explained what we needed, about how much it was going to cost, etc. but that he wouldn't fix it that day because he didn't have time. Still, I had to pay the fee for him to come out. We made an appointment for someone else to come out the following day. This employee smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke, did not wear a mask during the global pandemic we're in, etc. He was kind and got to work. While working, he created a larger hole than necessary in the wall. He explained it was an accident that he would come out "off the company clock" to fix the drywall. Unfortunately, he never showed up and wouldn't answer when I attempted to contact him. We then had a huge issue with the bathtub taking several hours to drain, although we NEVER had the slightest issue with this prior to the work. I also noticed lots of plastic and debris were just washed down the drain instead of cleaned up. Frustrated, I called the company back to see what we could do to fix these issues. The lady I spoke with tried to tell me that this was not their fault, they were not liable, it must have been something else, I must have misunderstood him, etc. Finally, she scheduled for the same employee to come out and look at the drain a couple of days later. When he returned, he acted like he didn't know what I was talking about when I asked about the drywall, and then charged me an additional $280 to snake the drain and clean out his debris. I asked my gf to help me find a Plumber and she found these clowns, they didn't come the day of the service was schedule, gave us the highest bid to install our water heater over 5k, the socks one was 1k below with the installer providing the unit, on top of that charged her $50 for the estimate, they never said there was a charged over the phone, definitely took advantage of her, I would not recommend this company to do any job for me or any of my friends.
