I just recently moved to Hanover MD. Didn't know the area or even a company to unload my 26ft truck into my home. After looking up moving companies online I was able to come across Quality Movers's phone number gave them a call, wasnt expecting to be scheduled in same day as i wasn't sure when i was going to make it into town so I was expecting next day or possibly the weekend. Of course I wouldnt have minded being it was a last minute call. After speaking with Jason on the phone and explaining to him the items in my truck( I have alot of real heavy/delicate items) he went over the companies rates which were very reasonable and actually informed me that he could get me in the schedule for same day!! Which was just absolutely amazing! He said he would call me back within 30 minutes to confirm for a time that he could have 2 men at my home to unload. Within 15 minutes Jason was calling me back to confirm that he would actually have the men at my home within the hour to unload my truck. Which like I said once again AMA ZING!!! The guys got here and started working immediately. Each piece the brought in the asked where in my home I would like them placed and even reassembled my beds within my home. Very respectful workers I must say. Quality Movers unloaded my entire truck in a very reasonable time frame, which i had imagined to take longer just because I had some really large pieces. They were very cautious with every piece they carried in and placed within my home. Wether it be last minute or a scheduled move I highly recommend Quality Movers. They got my entire move done for me, relieved the stress off my shoulders with my offload. When I asked Jason who he recommend to mount TVs he showed me his website and they offer that service as well with many others! Same day installation! There was some items left in the home that I just purchased which Jason had explained to me over the phone on our first phone call he would arrange a junk removal. These guys are just absolutely amazing! They were able to get my entire job done for a very reasonable price and also the extra services they provide helped me with everything I needed! You need it. Quality Movers was able to get me in on short notice. I called for an unexpected move and they were able to get to my home within a shorter time frame then I expected. Jason did a great job with getting each item out of my home that I wanted moved into a storage unit. Both guys were very professional and treated my items as if it was their own items not damaging a thing of mine or within my home. I recently completed a challenging long distance move and Quality Movers made unloading my 16 foot Penske a smooth process. From my very first interaction with Jason and his crew, they were courteous, professional and answered all of my questions; and I had a lot! After all of my belongings were unloaded, Jason assembled my queen bed and also went above and beyond by returning later the same day to assemble my entertainment TV stand. I called quality movers last minute to move some furniture from one location to my home. They were able to get me in even calling last minute and had his crew at my home within an hour like he promised. My move was VERY last minute. I called on a Wednesday and needed to move Friday.  After 8 other companies told me "no," Quality Movers said they were available. The owner and his wife were both very friendly and assuring on the phone. Kimi kept me updated on arrival time the day of. When they arrived, they were in a Uhaul which made me nervous, but I was put at ease shortly after.  The main guy was VERY, VERY polite the entire time. He checked with me consistently about specific items I had to make sure I was satisfied with how they were packed and protected. He didn't just move stuff out the house however he felt like it. I want to stress this fact to anyone who cares about their belongings.  My previous movers broke a few of my items, including a huge, heavy vintage dresser that is now missing a leg which makes it a challenge to transport. My dog doesn't like men and wouldn't stop barking at the movers. So I was holding my 2-year old and my dog at the same time.  Kimi came inside and held my dog which was very helpful lol.  They are a small business, but get the job done. I actually feel guilty for not being able to tip more than what I could afford ($20 per person). I think that's the average rate, but being so meticulous and polite about my items deserved extra gratuity. My family will definitely hire them again and I will recommend them to everyone. Thanks! I have always been skeptical about hiring movers after hearing horrible stories from family and friends in the military. Being pregnant though, I had no choice this time. So after serious research around the area, we decided to give Quality Movers a chance. I was extremely happy, from the quick response for a quote, to the highly professional service that they provided. We moved from an apartment on the fourth floor, into a 3 story townhouse. Jason and his colleague worked nonstop without a single break for 8 hours handling our furniture very delicately. Nothing got broken and even after getting to our 3 story townhouse, they put boxes accordingly to which floor they were marked. Quality Movers, led by Jason and his team, has impeccable customer service. We had an extremely complicated situation on our hands regarding our move, which had to be canceled/rescheduled several times due to issues with a leasing company. Jason was so understanding each time and treated us well. I can't imagine how frustrating it is to have a client reschedule as much as we did, but Jason never let that show and was always willing to make everything work for us. We regret that we never went through with the move with Quality Movers. Other circumstances caused us to cancel it altogether. But for any future moves, Jason will definitely be the first person we contact. After doing a bit of research to figure out which moving company I should go with, I picked Quality movers due to their stellar reviews raving about the customer service they provide. The reviews were spot on! Jason was extremely quick in responding back to me giving me complete quotes and the prices were also great. I used Jason's company two times in about a two week period (one to move my stuff out and into storage and the other to move out of storage into my new place- there was an unfortunate time gap between places). They were on time each of the scheduled times for moving. Jason and his partners were extremely professional and polite which was quite refreshing being that good customer service nowadays seeems to have gone by the wayside. They padded and wrapped anything that might get damaged in a move. They worked efficiently and were quick! Can't say enough great things about these guys! The best movers I've ever had!I've moved three times in 4 years, and this was, by far, the most effortless move I've ever experienced. Jason responded to my Yelp request promptly (even though he sounded a little bit confused when I called him to follow up) and booking was easy: he didn't have a morning appointment available on the day that I wanted to move, so he booked my move for the early afternoon instead (which ended up working out better, anyway). On move day, he called me at least 90 minutes before my appointment to let me know that they were running a little bit behind because the prior move was a much bigger job than expected. No biggie...stuff happens. However, I really appreciated the professionalism and the follow-up. I went to run a few last-minute errands until they arrived, and I was about 15 minutes from my place when I got the phone call that he was five minutes away. Fortunately, there was someone there to let him in, so I took my time finishing up my errands. I must have gotten home about 20-30 minutes after that call, only to find that they were already 75% done clearing out my place. Unbelievable!I barely needed to lift a finger. While they were upstairs taking apart the bedroom furniture, I moved a few items to the truck (just because I had nothing else to do), but other than that, they took care of everything.Because of the amount of steps at the new place, it took a little longer for them to move me in. However, these guys did not rest or even stop for water (despite my offering) until the job was done. I told them when the move started that I wanted to be moved in before dark. These guys worked their asses off to accommodate my request.From my very first interaction with them, Jason and his crew mate were extremely professional and so polite. They handled my belongings with the utmost care (nothing was broken, dinged, or damaged) and made sure to place every piece of furniture exactly where I wanted it.After everything was moved in, I was trying to determine how to arrange my bedroom furniture. As tired as they were, they happily moved things around until I found an arrangement that worked best for me.They say you get what you pay for, and even though I requested well over two dozen rate quotes from different moving companies, Quality Movers came up as not only one of the cheapest, but also one of the highest rated. I was a little bit concerned about just how much quality I would receive for the price, but I was more than pleasantly surprised by the outcome. I would not hesitate to hire this company again and I've already passed out several of their business cards to people that I know are moving soon. I should start by sayingIcalled"QualityMovers"and asked Jason if he could move a 10' × 40' storage unit within two (2) days. I told him I  had very little time, alot of furniture to move and very limited space to store my things in. I then explained that it would be a very difficult move, with tight corners and limited access. Lastly, I  explained that my funds were limited so I really needed someone that could get alot done in a little time.  Well, "I have NEVER BEEN SO IMPRESSED ."  Jason told me not to worry about anything, that he could get the job done . AND HE DID JUST THAT! He and a man named Jay met me at my storage, moved my things thru what seemed to be an impossible 90° angles and tight quarters, efficiently, professionally AND FAST!
