Good value for the money our room was clean and quiet we really enjoyed the fact that we had a separate counter in our room which was like a mini bar it had a sink so u didn't have to do everything in the bathroom it was only a couple miles from the casino and equally as close to the ocean the staff was great and the gentleman that was there when we arrived called the casino bus for us and was very helpful also the breakfast bar young lady was friendly and helpful as well very pleasent it would of been nice I'f the spa wax working it was under maintenance but you can't win them all overall a good experience

The room has the taller bathroom vanities and taller toilets which are very nice as you get older and I loved the little bar area. The fact that it sits back from highway made it quiet for the most part. My only complaint is that breakfast is over too early.|| More...

Generally this is a good hotel, however, the rooms are very dark and dingy. The'y should put at least three more lamps in every room. This would solve the problem.

Very clean, comfortable, quiet property right on Highway 101. Just a few minutes to the beach or to Old Town Florence. Breakfast was good, there is a guest laundry room, plenty of parking space, good Internet service, an indoor jacuzzi and a good exercise room - very helpful staff. I would gladly stay here again.

We hope to go back and stay again at this facility. It has a very nice dining room for the breakfast meal which was very good. My Parents are both 90 and we are in town for a visit. We've stayed here a couple of times in the past. This is a very nice place to stay, the people are always friendly and helpful. Driving thru a rainy day in Florence,OR and gave the Quality Inn a call based on a price found on-line and a fall promotion the chain was advertising. Price quoted was slightly higher, but did not argue and drove on over. This was not a planned stopover, next time with the Choice Hotel brand will try to book on-line for the best price. Registration was quick and friendly. Rooms are in a separate building than the office, pool and breakfast. Room seemed clean with the bed having plenty of pillows. Wife and I were on a free styling trip up the Oregon coast and spent a night at the Quality Inn in Florence. Front desk clerk was fast and friendly at check-in and brought us an extra blanket before bed when we called to request it. The rooms are in a separate building from the front desk, breakfast area, pool and exercise room, and was set off the highway behind the main building so was quiet with no road noise. There was plenty of parking, and even with inside hallways, a plus on this rainy night, the car was close to the room. The room was large with an additional sink outside the bathroom, and had a mini fridge and microwave, which was good for us as we grabbed dinner from the local Safeway and ate in the room. There were hot choices and waffles at breakfast the next morning with adequate tables and chairs. The breakfast attendant was in and out of the area to keep things filled. The was room a little pricey, most expensive on our 4 night trip, but we did not feel it was way out of line, we're just cheap. More...

We booked a room for just one night. The staff was very friendly and the room clean. The beds were so comfortable! The breakfast area is very small so we had to wait about 10 minutes until we got a table. Would absolutely go back.

The Quality Inn of Florence is a good choice for the city. In comparison to several other places that I checked on in Florence it gave you very good amenities for your dollar. Also, if you are traveling during the time that you may want a/c, this was the one of only three hotels that I found even had that particular amenity. My only real complaint is they really need to shampoo the carpets. The level of staining is disheartening considering you will have to walk through it from the bed area to the bath area. Putting back on shoes to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night is quite irritating. For the investment of a decent shampooer, I'm certain all the ratings would increase. More...
