I have been training with Rob for more than a year now. He is definitely one of the best when it comes to personal fitness. He knows how to get the best results if you stick with his plan.

I have been very impressed on his passion towards fitness and the knowledge on exercises, breathing and stretching techniques. He is flexible with timing and has a very good ability to connect with his clients.
