Cleaning after you have moved out of your home or have had a tenant move out of your home. The details of these deep cleans rely on the needs of the client.
This service requires a walk thru before an absolute quote can be given.
Vacation Rental Turnover
Turnovers are very important for hosts so that their guests are happy with their stay.
Our turnovers include, full rental clean, restocking of items such as toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, coffee pods, etc., stripping all used linen and placing clean linen on beds, placing out clean towels for guest's and we do off-site laundry of all linen and towels.
A locked supply closet is required.
Pre Market Cleaning
Realtors or home owners needing a home to be cleaned before they have pictures done and listed to the market.
We provide detailed cleans for these homes. These cleans are dependant on the clients expectations and needs of the client.
Ex: Just kitchen and restrooms need cleaning. All Baseboards and walls. Major grease build up needs to be cleaned. Etc..
Walk thru for estimate is required.
Post-Construction
Whether you are remodeling your home or remodeling to sell, we can come in and clean up post construction debris: clearing up construcrion dust, cleaning windows, cleaning out cupboards of dust and/or debris, scraping small areas of paint mishaps, polishing wood furniture, wiping down counters, cleaning restrooms.
These deep cleans can be very laborous and take a day or 2.
Walk throughs are required for pricing and scheduling.
Residential Recurring Cleans
These cleans are upkeep of the home you are currently residing in.
We require a deep clean first, so that we are not spending time during upkeep cleans doing tedious cleaning.
Recurring cleans can include, but are tailored to each home: dusting, light pick up, making of beds, laundry, restrooms, vacuuming, mopping, taking out trash.
After a deep clean you can schedule as often or as little as you'd like.
Office Clean
This service requires a month to month contract.
The cleaning of your facility will include:
Dusting, sanitizing, restrooms, vacuuming, trash, mopping, wiping down break rooms, sanitizing all high touch areas.
These duties will vary in details depending on office space.
