Best Brisket south of Austin! Everything is top notch from the Sausage, Fajitas, and Molliejas (perfectly cooked) to the sides (I recommend the beans and rice). I haven't had a chance to Pork Sliders... but they are on my list. BYOB is a plus, and he even provides an ice chest to help keep them frosty at your table. More...

What a treat this evening! My daughter and I went to their new location to try their food for the first time, and we were not disappointed. The brisket was tender and succulent with such great flavor. It melted in my mouth....soooo good!!! Best brisket ever!!! The chicken was seasoned well and very moist. Loved the sausage, beans, and rice....so much goodness!!!! We will definitely be eating there again! Congratulations, Erik & Co.! More...

I currently live in Colorado, and was lucky enough to visit Texas (my home state) last Friday. Not only did we have to stop at Big River Brewery (my husband is a beer fanatic) but my family and I decided to eat dinner at Q’in It Up BBQ (we heard it was an awesome food truck by friends and family). We are happy to say that the amazing reviews are 100% correct! We were greeted with awesome service from the male working the windows and our food was nothing short of delicious. I completely understand why they were so busy because almost everyone in the brewery ordered food! My picky son even ordered a second plate!
