I recently hired Victor Avendano, QB Buddy owner, to help my small construction business get into financial shape prior to a tax filing extension deadline.  Victor was able to make time for me despite his busy schedule with other business owners trying to meet the filing extension deadline as well!An extension necessary due to problems encountered using QuickBooks incorrectly and a general lack of knowledge in the accounting/bookkeeping process.  And in particular to problems with QuickBooks duplicating downloaded transactions!  After many years of dread in meeting with my accountant who had to make sense of our 'quirky books'.  I finally decided to get help.  I found Victor on Yelp and was VERY pleased and impressed with his accounting and QuickBooks knowledge.Victor came to my business and after a few minutes of reviewing my books, was able to determine what needed correcting.  Victor was able to fix many of the accounting problems on our QuickBooks Mac financials.  I highly recommend him.  You can set up an in person session or a remote online session.  Very reasonably priced.  $45/hour, with a two hour minimum.  You won't regret it.
