Thomas is a great personal trainer. Coming from only working out at home, he made me feel comfortable in the gym setting. While pushing me to be better, he has never made me feel bad if I couldn’t get the hang of something (even after multiple tries !). Thomas is very knowledgable & makes sure goals are accomplished during each session, but has a great, easy going personality all while maintaining a professional demeanor.
