With 10+ years experience and a Kinisiology & Health degree from Iowa State, I have the ability to work with a wide variety of clientele. My passion is helping others get the most out of life by improving strength, mobility, and endurance in an exercise program while creating healthy lifestyle modifications to work towards your target.
