This is the smallest location but thats okay. I always get a solid workout here and somehow it never gets insanely crowded. Its an express gym so this is really one of those have a plan before you go because its small. I actually really like using the cardio cinema because yeah they have machines in there to watch movies while you run the treadmill but i actually like using the space to do walking lunges and squats and basically a whole leg workout while watching a film lol More...

I called today to ask about membership prices. The person who answered the phone was very polite, friendly and well spoken. She was also very knowledgeable of membership pricing. When I mentioned how pleased I was with the rates she had the perfect. I am very pleased with my initial contact with this gym and look forward to making an appointment to see what they offer. I would like to ad that 19.99 a month is a very reasonable rate. More...

What inspired you to start your own business?
Working out has always been a hobby of mines which lead others to seek me for fitness advice. I found that I enjoyed helping others critique their form, get stronger, and lose weight thus becoming a Personal Trainer.
