What kind of accounting services do you provide?
We provide the important components of running any business. We solve owners' responsibilities and handle:
On a daily basis, we help our clients in the following ways:
- Payroll for employees
- Payables for vendors
- Full financial reporting of the balance sheet and income statement
- Sales tax filings
- Other duties as agreed
On a strategic level (more on a wholistic level), we also help with efforts around cost reduction and cost efficiency, budgets, review or establishing processes and procedures and filed tax returns.
Why is it so important for businesses to hire a great accountant?
An accountant helps provide feedback on the health of an organization. Their role is a very important one and should be taken seriously. Financial information that comes from the accountant should be (a) timely and (b) relevant. If those two criteria are met, then an accountant is more than just a provider of financial information...they are providing value to your organization.
What do you love most about your job?
We love the 'search' for the right answer. When we bring a new employee into the company, we look for the 'curious mind' -- someone who will not settle for the first response to a challenge but may dig deeper for find the real symptom. Our company takes pride in delighting clients and our responsiveness in unparalleled. We really want to partner with our clients!
What inspired you to start your own business?
My feeling was that we could really impact small businesses for the better. Our clients (and prospects) are amazing in that they, too, are entrepreneurs. They are always innovating. The goal of PURE is to help our clients by taking the back office -- the necessary part of running any business -- so our clients can focus on growing their own business.
Why should our clients choose you?
We are true partners of our clients. Our clients call us with basic to complex questions. We feel compelled to answer these questions; and this in not necessarily because they pay our bills but we feel an emotional connection to them. We want them to succeed!
