It wasn’t until my son was diagnosed with autism over 13 years ago that I became more educated on nutrition and how it affects the body and brain. I was on a journey to heal my child by means of integrative nutrition and a biomedical approach to medicine, and I can proudly say that my son is fully functioning today, and I contribute this success to a healthy, anti-inflammatory diet/lifestyle.

Integrative Health Coaching is a complementary approach to working with individuals collaboratively to address the health and well-being of the whole person.
It acknowledges the interdependent roles of mind, body, and spirit on health and wellness as well as the innate healing capacity in each person. In integrative health coaching, there is an emphasis on self-care and mind-body awareness. An integrative health coach forms a partnership with individuals or groups of individuals to empower and support them in achieving their personal goals related to optimal health and overall wellness.

Here at PUR Health, we do not believe in strict diets. We will NEVER tell you to completely give up your favorite foods and drinks. This program is designed so you CAN lose weight and keep it off while still enjoying your favorite foods. Sure, you can’t eat your favorite desserts with every single meal, but we will work together to create a nutrition and exercise plan that allows you to enjoy your favorite foods and drinks while still losing weight.

We’ve identified the simplest, most effective system for meal planning and broke it down into three key steps: selecting recipes, shopping for ingredients, and prepping your meals. These steps might seem pretty obvious, but there’s a critical strategy within each step. It’s the strategy that makes meal planning worth its weight in gold, or maybe just the money it saves you!
