This place is a joke. They made me pay in advance for a birthday party for 20+ kids when everything shut down for COVID-19. No one will even return my calls/emails regarding a refund. Despite the kids having a great time! From the moment I called to book a party I was not given a friendly manner! Then when I got there it was straight attitude! The staff is not very friendly at all! They also don’t give you details while booking a party. If I would have known when adding laser tag...No big deal right?! Well I get in the room and the lights are on?! How does laser tag work with lights. So I ask the staff and its I have to ask!? So I have to pay the extra fee of 49.99 to have the lights turned off for glow party! Then a child’s parent tells me the staff is out at the front talking about us! Totally unprofessional along with staff who should be in the arena on there phone! Secondly I had to ask for napkins after a parent went to the bathroom and got paper towels! Then when ice cream was given... I had to ask for spoons?!? I also had to ask about my daughters special gift. Just totally not worth the 600 plus dollars! When Your not treated like a paying customers with any amount of respect! Along with having to keep reminding the two host of things that were needed. After these extenuating circumstances, given COVID-19, all over the WORLD, this location and all others are refusing to give my sons preschool deposit of JUST $100! I spoke to their manager, Cheyenne and was not helpful, all she could do was provide me an email. Not even a regional manager work number or their work email!!! We had a birthday party here last October and spoke highly of the place now we rate this place a 1/10! DONT GO!!! Those who have put deposits down, PUMP it UP, good luck getting your deposit! Pump It Up is an excellent place for a kid’s birthday. For around $17 or so per kid, they organize and run a fun, efficient experience. Parents check their kids in using an easy-to-use device. You are then invited to go into a large private room full of games and giant inflatable toys and slides. Water is provided.Every dozen minutes, the staff lead you into another room to switch things up and make the 1 hour and 45 minutes feel shorter. The final room is a party room with a giant chair for the birthday kid. Pizza and cupcakes are served with Honest Kids. Had a crazy busy day at work with my two main staff being out of the office only to get a phone call that my son is being sent home for the day for misbehaving. I hopped on the phone and Pump it up have drop off daycare service. I nicely packed a lunch and drop my son off for six hours and went back to work. This is super convenient versus calling the daycare agency and waiting to see if a nanny is free or having my hubby or I having to leave work. I went back to get my son and he was so tired and miserable that he had to spend 6 six hours there and not at school with his friends. The best place to bring your kids to burn off the energy. They will have an amazing time. Bouncy castle, slide heaven. Nothing but non-stop kids fun, well adults too I suppose. The staff are good, they run the parties well but could be a little more approachable. If you love kid mayhem this is the place to bring them to enjoy play time or have a party. They might even sleep on the way home or all night. No guarantee of a sleep in though. Parties are a little pricey. But overall great time and place. More...
