We have been regular customers since Pub opened. On an almost 70 degree weather day we went to go sit outside to have wings and drinks. We were told the outside wasnt open. Tables and chairs were set up and the service doors open. We asked when it would be open and the front rudely said "nope" and dismissed us. It's refreshing to find a restaurant in Bowling Green that isn't a chain.  While Pub by Novo isn't especially inventive or cutting edge, it does have a nice menu and a fantastic wine list.  I was pleasantly surprised by the food quality and presentation.  I'd recommend when in Bowling Green! My friend and I wanted to have a nice dinner and relax and catch up as we don't spend much time together. We were nervous to stay too long but wanted to have plenty of time to talk and explore the menu. Hannah (rockstar) made us feel so welcome. She was knowledgeable about the menu and bar and never once rushed us even though we sat at her table for over 3 hours. She had a warm smile and personality, she engaged with us in conversation but was never intrusive. We ordered several rounds of food and drink, all excellent. Really nice place. The salmon dish is very good.  Its served with a black bean slaw that's very unique. It's a Great combination. Salmon was way way overcooked though. I like both Novo Dulce and Pub By Novo. The pub is great for Sunday brunch and dinner since Novo Dulce isn't open on Sunday's. Take your time... get some appetizers. I really like their club sandwich and the veggie burger. You get a lot of food for what it costs. Also the wait staff is attentive and friendly. This is a great place to bring kids and to chill and watch some sports while they color or play on their devices. You'll be able to scope out three or four different games at the same time. More...

Fanatstic place. It's technically a sports bar but the interior feels a little more upscale. Awesome service from start to finish. Ultra friendly staff who was more than willing to answer any questions to a non southern person! We started with the stuffed mushrooms and duck Rangoon's. Both really good. I had chicken and waffles that were perfection, chicken was crispy and tasty. I also had to try and tuna taco and I can't say I've tried a better tuna taco, it has amazing flavor and was cooked perfect. My brother had 3 other types of tacos and truffle fries. One of my faves!!  The food is always great quality and I've never had an issue with service. The chicken & waffles with sriracha syrup has a  scoop of their pimento cheese and the whole combination of these flavors is da' bomb!
