0 stars if I could. Please believe the negative reviews you see. I had A long distance move across country and was lied to by a broker I never heard from again once the deposit was made and when I mare Calls to check in on my items after days of no updates I was met with terrible attitudes/customer service. I ended up having to live in a hotel for 2 weeks with my child and dog. The moving company they use separately from their actual company was also trashy. I ended up having to call the POLICE because the guy was a complete disaster with a big ego. He parked his huge semi in the middle of traffic because he thought he knew everything and that his truck wouldn’t fit which caused a big scene. He began yelling at me to do what he said and get in his car to show him where my building was(my building was in plain site right in the front, he was just upset that I wasn’t doing exactly what he wanted and why would I you’re a grown man yelling at a woman and not only that you’re yelling for me to get in your car and I have a toddler upstairs waiting). He tried to have me pay an extra $500 on top of a $250 elevator fee to have a smaller car come and transport from the semi that would be parked in the mall parking lot across the street from my apartment lol absolutely not. The police ended up telling him exactly what I said and that was to just pull the truck in the complex and park it on the side of the building. He swore he wouldn’t fit before when I said it but of course once the police told him to do it, he fit just fine smh …and even had extra room! The police didn’t even trust him after that and gave me their card to call them back if he went off the rails on me again (a single mother). His childish behavior was so disgusting his own employees apologized for it during and after them unloading my items and said he has been a jerk since they’ve been hired. Items were poorly packed, an expensive floor lamp came back broken and they even attempted to unload someone else’s furniture! I literally had to say this isn’t mine and that it needs to go back. This was all a day later than the expected arrival btw. I’ve never had to call the police on anybody before. Very unsettling to have people like this in charge of your belongings. No updates on how things are going once they took my items, unprofessional main off employees that get upset when you call and ask for updates because they don’t know the answers due to the fact that they use a third party moving company, and the most insane part to me is that they genuinely believe they’re doing a great job. My move ended up costing me an extra 6k which in total costed more than a big name franchise and took way longer to get to me(did the move twice before so I know that for a fact) and luckily I had It but I couldnt Imagine what I would Do if I didn’t. A complete scam of a company and they should be shut down. Save yourself the time and money and go with a big name company! I would Never recommend them to anyone. More...

We have moved 7 times in 20 years, and we have never had a move go as smoothly as this one. We have a lot of large furniture pieces and fragile statues, porcelain pots, etc, and Michael, Walter, and Jorg didn't break anything or damage the house or walls in either home while moving things out and then in. They were polite, meticulous, and fast. I solicited three quotes for this move, and PT came in with the best price and had the best references. Also, the final bill was acc to the quote. We are extremely pleased with this moving company! The crew gets along well and talks and jokes with each other, which we liked because, in prior moves, the crews were fighting and yelling at each other. We were moving from Nevada to Texas and had a time crunch on getting out of our house. I called many different companies to no avail, but these guys saved us by sending over three guys to help us. They are absolutely masters at their craft! The amount of items they were able to load (would not want to play Tetris against them) was just amazing. The best part is that not one thing broke. I was super-concerned about my century-old cabinet with curved, single-paned glass...totally survived!! We had a lot of heavy items and a basement, and nothing ever was too much to ask for! Jorge promise that he would have my stuff here and guarantee me and wrote on the contract by the 28th they've had my stuff in Vegas since the 15th of April of 2023 I have talked to you sonny Slava Brianna Karen Sierra and they all are liars a bunch of liars no one ever used this service I wish I would have read these comments and these Better Business Bureau reports they keep moving my date I have to have my stuff here by the 1st of May I have to go back to work I've been off for 2 weeks and I'm going to lose my job this is a hardship and I will sue them and they will not get their $2,000 upon arrival cuz I need that money to survive on until I find another job everyone or a bunch of liars do not use this company I'm going to post it on Facebook Pinterest Twitter Instagram do not use this company

Yes to both. We use state-of-the-art video technology to do an online, in-home, self-video walkthrough (just you) to provide you with the most accurate quote. If you would like to do a two-way video walkthrough with us, absolutely. We do phone inventories as well as self-inventory via a checkbox form.
