Alan has been working with me for several months now. I was in a really dark place when I met him, and unsure about how to make the changes I needed to make in my life. He's been an amazing support with understanding where I'm coming from, being someone that I can talk to when things get really bad, helping me set goals and expectations of myself, and hyping up successes as they come. My life has done a complete 180 in the time we've been working together. There are other things that I've been putting into my life that have helped, but Alan gave me support and tools that I needed in a time when I didn't feel like I had support. We've had long conversations about healing, working through trauma, giving back to the community, and breaking things down into smaller steps and being patient with yourself. I've seen him grow as a life coach too as he's very open to growing and figuring out how to help people in different situations. I don't know where I'd be right now without his help and support, and I'm glad that I don't have to know. More...
