This office is very comfortable and the doctors and staff make you feel at ease. Dr. Potlouri really listens and he doesn't start you out on high doses. He begins small and gradually increases. And he is not quick to give you medicine, he tries to also give you suggestions such as vitamins and life style changes too get the very best of care. And the Psychologist Jearene, is amazing. She really listens and I've been to many therapists, but she is patient and she is the only one that I have made improvements on. I'm not going to lie if you want the best out of this office, you need to take there suggestions and advice. The idea of seeing a mental health professional was intimidating to me at first but the moment I met the doctor I knew I was in trustworthy hands. His words was sound and not harsh. I needed to see those characteristics in my doctor to know that I was understood but not being spoon fed. The office environment is relaxing and the staff is polite. Every time I go there for my appointments I'm in and out pretty fast. Everything is pretty much swift and must say that the Doctor is very competent. It feels good to know that you're talking to, and being treated by a doctor who knows his practice well. His experience and understanding is why I've made this my choice of practice to go to. He knows his stuff and that's a good feeling because you always leave well informed and hopeful for the progress that comes with seeing a doctor who you know is guiding you down the best path when it comes to mental health and overall wellness. Like every business there's always pros and cons. I just choose to over look and not give much importance to that and I've benefit a lot from this doctor's professional and helpful knowledge and ability to diagnose and progressively treat me.
