The culture of leadership and influence on the team is to operate with hospitality for the client(s) with a situationally alert, protective and servant mindset and attitude. I have never worked for such a company that offers this much preparedness training. The owner of PSS equips us Officers with verbal de-escalation training and firearm simulation trainings often as well as security statute familiarizing briefings.
