Brett and Jody have sold 2 homes for us and helped us buy a third over last 3 years. They set the gold standard for professionalism.
First sale in one day for full ask. Second sale was another great effort/result. The uninformed appraiser had totally failed to understand the market comps for our virtually new condo a and appraised condo over 30,000 under agreed sale price which threatened to kill the deal. Brett jumped into action filed a formal appeal of appraisal and prevailed to the great happiness of both Seller and Buyer. Lastly he found us a perfect replacement home for our condo. They are the best. Use them you will not regret it.

I cannot say enough great things about Brett and our overall experience. This was the third house we have sold in the last ten years, and by far the best and easiest experience. Brett took care of things from day one, and had our house sold before it even hit the market at full asking price. He walked us through each step of the process and worked to ensure we were not inconvenienced any more than was absolutely necessary. As the house we’re building is not yet ready, Brett worked to find us a rental and ensured it met our needs. He was ahead of us every step of the way and made this whole process painless.
