Showed up 1 hour after dropping the guys off at the church for the wedding when the drive only took 30 mins then charged a full hour for only running over the time by 30 mins when they were late. Also tipped in cash so when we said 20% added the little bit of difference on the card. Never would’ve tipped 244 for a simple ride. My husband signed the receipt because we right in the middle of taking pics when the driver came up to us. More...

In-service last night Harry's restaurant.  Marie was our driver and she was amazing!. She was amazing! She arrived propmtly at 5 PM and took us on a tour after the restaurant. Pronto Limo Service is awesome!! Â My husband and I just recently took a trip and flew out of the Orlando airport. Â We had a very clean Lincoln town car pick us up. Â John, the driver was on time, carried our bags, and offered us water. Â He even got us to the Orlando airport in just over an hour. Â When we returned, John met us at the baggage claim area and carried our bags to a very clean Chevy Suburban. Â We felt like royalty.
