The staff was amazing and very knowledgeable, the experience was incredible. I'm just sad that I had to leave. Huge variety of animals with quite a few encounters if you get the VIP or VIP plus pass. I can't wait to come back!

This is hands down the most amazing zoo I’ve ever been to. The animal encounters you get are amazing. It wasn’t rushed, and we learned a lot about each animal. The tram ride was amazing and the driver was hilarious! We loved every second of our visit. We visited a lot of other animal attractions in Branson & this is by far the best one in town! We did the VIP experience and it was worth it! We got to hold a baby kangaroo and some other cool animals. The bus tour is cool where you get to feed various animals, and a good experience walking through the rest of the zoo seeing the other animals

Our family had an absolute blast at Branson Promised Land Zoo tonight!! 2 hours of fun starting with a drive through some amazing Christmas lights! ! We got to pet lots of animals and their staff was very informative and friendly. Then we were able to feed lots of animals on our shuttle tour of the park including alpacas and Asian buffaloes!! Absolutely amazing experience, first time ever to Branson with our son... we purchased the VIP tour at night for the up close feeding, Reindeer and Santa for our son. .. Not sure why this place has so many negative reviews. We came here yesterday and we practically had the entire place to ourselves. We did the vip + which is a bit expensive but it's totally worth every penny. Since it was just the two of us, we were able to hold the baby kangaroo, tegu lizard, and baby ring tail lemur for a longer period of time. On the tram ride, it was easy to move from one side of the tram to the other to feed the animals. The sloth encounter was definitely one of the highlights. I would definitely recommend this zoo especially the vip + if you got the money to spend. More...

Great place for a hands on experience with some exotic animals. Minus the lady who sold us the tickets, everyone else was so pleasant and welcoming. You can be as involved as you want. Definitely do the middle package at least that includes the VIP experience so you can be up close to the animals. Our girls loved it and they are 10 and 12. My wife and I came so that she could participate in the interaction experience with a sloth. It did not disappoint. She had a great time. What we wish we had known at the time was you can choose to do the drive thru portion of the zoo first (which is where you do the animal encounter). We spent some time walking the small area first since we mistakenly thought we would see the sloth up front. Not at all a big deal but we were a little short on time. We ended up see everything so we got our monies worth. This is a wonderful place and I seen some animals I had never seen before which is always nice. Especially in Branson, MO which is known for a lot of different activities. Next time we will bring our little one so he can enjoy it as well. More...
