A personal fitness training studio specializing in one on one personal training as well as small group training. We specialize in High Intensity Interval Training using various forms of equipment ranging from TRX to ropes and Kettlebells. We also offer Spin classes done on the RealRyder cycling bikes.

Bootcamp and Personal Training with Coach T & Fred are the most effective workouts I've ever had. There is a conscientious effort on the parts of these trainers to constantly challenge their clients. This virtually eliminates the dreaded "plateau". I can state from personal experience, that when you commit to the workouts and a reasonable food plan, it WILL produce the results you want. My man Terrell is very hard very strict but he makes you do what never thought you could do or get through. Definitely if you come in you put the work in you see the results immediately. There is no secret. Hard work, dedication and commitment along with proper nutritional habits are the keys to success.

Collaborating with my clients to help them achieve their desired goals.

Having worked for most of the major big box gym companies over my fitness career from NY to SF I never felt they really cared about their members and having my own facility allowed me to administer fitness to people the way I want. I wanted to create a community amongst my clients that lets them know that they aren't alone in the efforts to be healthy and fit.

Because when they do choose me that means they are ready to succeed. They are ready to commit and see results. And they'll know they've made the right choice.

Due to Covid I now do remote training. Those packages and how it works will be explained to you once you register with us.

Because we do one on one training in our studio its only the client and the trainer in the space during sessions. We clean any equipment handled by clients after each session. And because proper social distancing is easy because of the one on one nature of training a mask is optional.
