Progress not perfection offers a secure and comfortable environment to get your sweat on but also to try new things. We strive to make all clients to become the "YOU" they picture themselves to be and not what society tells them to be. I like to encourage my clients to keep up their fitness journey by explaining to them the progress they have made, so that have something to look back always.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I first sit down and see where they are at, and give them a tangible goal to get to. Then we work towards there goal by giving monthly progress looks to see how far they are from making their goals.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Learning that its not a overnight change, you have to work hard to make your dream "You" become a reality. It takes hard work, focus, concentration, and being willing to try something you never thought you could do.
What do you love most about your job?
I love when clients tell me " I never thought I could do this, or I never thought I could look like this." When my clients improve themselves it makes me feel like I have done my job.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My husband and I have been training ourselves for years, doing things we couldn't do in a basic gym and with basic gym classes. Breaking it down to what our bodies can handle and what our bodies need to be better, instead of what society told us to do to be healthier, Together we both have had significant change in ourselves and want others to feel the same way that we felt when we started to see the change and become the "You" we wanted to be.
Why should our clients choose you?
I work to make people feel comfortable, healthy, and secure while making the workouts fun. I know how it feels to not feel secure in the body you have, so lets work together and find a great way to be comfortable in your body.
