I have been a client of Profiles for many years and have always been very pleased with the service I have received. I have had haircuts, highlights, new hair styles. I cannot say enough kind words for how amazing we all felt after hair and makeup for Lauren's wedding on 11.1.14. The staff is so accommodating, kind and talented. We all came out of there looking amazing. I appreciate all the goodies Michelle had for us in the morning that was extra nice. We all received so many compliments on our hair and makeup from family and friends during the ceremony and reception. Even Lauren's Dad thought her makeup was amazing and he typically doesn't see notice that type of thing. A very special thanks to everyone and we all definitely made the right choice choosing this salon for our wedding event! I recently tried Profiles Salon for a haircut. I'm new to the area and I saw their sign with all kinds of discounts for new clients and finally took a chance and made an appt. Fromthe moment I walked in the door I was greeted with totalattention to my needs and all my questions.(it isn't easy trying a new stylist when you have been with one you loved for 15 yrs.) Siohan was my stylist and what a pleasure to have someone show me pictures and take the time to talkme thru why I do or don't want certain styles with my thick hair. This salon is fantastic!! We walked in and there were muffins and bagels and juice for our morning hair appts. We were a party of 6 and all had hair and makeup done. Everyone was super friendly and very creative! We were in at 9 and out by 12 and never felt rushed! I am going to go there now for my highlights and cut! More...
