I will forever be grateful for Professional K9 Solutions. I have a chocolate lab pup, a year and 7 month old, that was having trouble being obedient and was showing signs of aggression by guarding EVERYTHING & everyone. Nothing that we did caught his attention long enough to train him nor was he wanting to learn from us. After two incidents at my apartment, Asher got kicked out, and the only way he could come home was through having him professionally trained. That was a no brainer for us, we were doing what we had to do to keep our family together and searched training facilities near us. We were so excited to finally find a place that would take him quickly, only to be told that he had to be picked up 3 days later because he was refusing to come out of his kennel and was growing at the staff when they tried to take him out. That caused tons of confusion, anxiety, and frustration but we located another place - Professional K9 Solutions. We decided on the 6 week board and train program, despite the price tag, and by the grace of god they were our saving grace. Asher has been home for 5 days now, and he is a changed boy! He now pays close attention to us, allows us to walk him properly, and doesn’t care about what is going on in the changing environments around us. He drops things when we tell him to and even has learned to RELAX, which now I realize that he use to not know how to do. We have been putting in the work, as given by the take home instructions, and we could not be more thankful for the outcome. If anyone is going through anything similar, I highly recommend giving Professional K9 Solutions your business. My husband and I are truly thankful for Professional K9 Solutions. For the past couple of months, we have been researching training programs and were having a hard time choosing which training facility would be best for our puppy. After being online and googling different pages on dog training, Robin contacted me, and in the first 10 minutes of talking, I knew ProK9s was the perfect fit for us. He spent a lot of time with me on the phone explaining every detail of what their programs provide. A weight was instantly lifted off of my shoulders and I told my husband, “this is the one!” Robin explained that he thought the 3 week board and train would be the right program for our Australian Shepard, Nala. Within 2-3 weeks, we were able to start her training. Joseph James, Jennifer, and their team have most certainly done all of the hard work, but we can truly say we are blown away. Nala is obedient and a much calmer puppy. What a blessing! The ProK9 team has given Nala, and my husband and I, the tools for better communication and an all around happy household. My very reactive 3 year old GSD trained here for 6 weeks and I was very skeptical about whether or not he would really come home as a changed dog. Before his training, I had to keep him away from all people and dogs because of his reactivity including my husband. Now that he’s completed training, he loves my husband and I can take him on walks without fear of an incident. He is extremely obedient and well mannered on the leash now. Very unprofessional people! On April 18, 2019 requested puppy training services and was sent contract and paid $1,000 deposit. On April 22, 2019 changed mind about training and sent email canceling services and requested refund of my $1,000 deposit. Ended up in hospital for extended time in May 2019. When finally got around to checking my bank statements on Wednesday l, June 12 2019 realized I was never reimbursed my $1,000 deposit and made phone call that date along with requestTWO requests in writing and never received response. Was fortunate enough to hear Joseph present at CrimeCon 2019 with his partner and two beautiful dogs! Joseph was friendly, approachable, informative, and very entertaining during his last of three, hour-long presentation. On top of that, he was generous enough to spend a good additional 90 minutes, continuing to answer all our questions, pretty much until the hotel staff kicked us out of the room.
