I have found both Dr. Shay and Dr. Bob to be two of the most compassionate and caring professionals I have ever had the pleasure to know. I have worked primarily with Dr. Shay since I lost my Mom. She has always been so patient with me and I have always felt very safe which is critical when dealing with tender feelings. Dr. Bob Roop is the best Therapist I ever went to.. and I have had many counselors who just hit me over the head with the Bible. He told me on my first visit to him:" I don't want to know what you have been told, I want to know HOW YOU FEEL!" No one ever asked me that before...I have been sharing my feelings, good & bad for 19 years now because of Dr. Bob. He is the perfect Father Therapist. An example of Jesus Christ's Love & compassion. I go to him even now, once a month for a boost...when something comes up and confuses me. I tell him the facts & feelings and I can see the wheels turning in his brain & out of his mouth comes the answer. He is so anointed.
