How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
The first step is helping my clients clarify their goals and define a realistic attainable time line. From there I'm able to develop a program that my clients will enjoy, and provide the support and guidance that will make them successful.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
It starts with creating a vision of the body you would like to have, and then taking a realistic assessment of where you are, what your obstacles are, and what it will take to get there.
What do you love most about your job?
As corny as it sounds, the greatest part of my job is getting to see my clients light up. It's a very real thing to see the way people begin to glow as they find themselves able to do things they couldn't do before and carry themselves with a greater degree of confidence and self assurance. Knowing that I was able to be a part of that is incredibly rewarding.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The desire to have more control of my time and the processes I use to help my clients reach their goals as well as the environment that they do it in.
Why should our clients choose you?
In addition to having a wealth of experience in the fitness industry to draw on, I bring a very diverse personal background that allows me to better connect with clients and guide them. All this together has given me a track record of high program adherence and success for my clients.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Yes, however all remote programs are coupled with at least monthly or semimonthly in person sessions so that I can verify and correct kinetics as well as provide greater in person support.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
In addition to getting vaccinated myself, we are practicing social distancing and heightened sanitization procedures to keep ourselves and our clients safe.
One on One Personal Training
Private training sessions are conducted in a studio solely for personal training. Sessions are completely focused on the clients specific goals, needs, and personal tastes.
Small Group Training
Training for groups of two to four people conducted in a training studio solely used for personal training. Sessions will be geared towards a shared goal of the group, but will include individual specific coaching for form and progression.
