Pro Window Cleaning

We've lived in this house for 14 years and I've DREADED the summer because that was the time I'd schlep the vinegar water, rags and towels out to start the weekend long process of cleaning the windows. Our house is not that big and we only have 10 windows and 2 french sliders but, when you're the only one who cares to actually SEE outside and you want to make sure everything is actually clean, you take your time and THAT takes forever!This year, I wanted to treat myself to not cleaning the windows and messaged Tommy's. They were very quick to get back to me, were thorough in their questions so they could best get a grasp of what was being cleaned and, unlike other companies that I had messaged, were humble with what they offered and could do, and weren't boastful to the point of arrogance. They were quick to schedule an appointment and were able to work around my busy schedule. The only thing I required was the cleaning was able to be completed before I needed to head to work.A young man arrived bright and early one Friday and got to work. In roughly 2 hours, this young man had our windows, French sliders and rails, and screens looking brand new! Not only did he work hard to clean the windows but he also entertained me in conversation by answering my cleaning questions. I started using Tommy's Windows in San Diego three years ago for my beach house I visit a few times a year. Its nice when you have a rock solid operation with guys that show up with precision and do their work with precision. They are SO MUCH BETTER than the three companies we tried before. Initially, Tommy's Window Cleaning wasn't on my 'radar'.  I was sending my requirements to another company for a quote when Yelp queried me if I wanted to send out my requirements to several other companies.  I said yes.  Tommy's called within five minutes.  Tommy was very friendly, professional in answering all my questions and even tweaked his schedule so he could accommodate my date since I didn't have any flexibility.  The day of the job Tommy's called indicating a time they would arrive.  Upon arrival the gentleman went straight to work, was professional, yet friendly and I was so impressed he was such a hard worker.  Our windows look great!  Oh, the best part, they were oh-so-affordable, GREAT PRICE.  Extremely happy with Tommy's.  He will now be number one on my radar! 4/9/2019 First time I called Tommy's and it won't be the last. Brendon arrived on time and for two hours power washed the driveway and walk ways in front of the house. Tom's crew came out today and cleaned the windows for a house that we are getting ready to sell. He was very open and honest about his pricing from the start, and called before he started the job to give me the final quote, which was right inline with what he told me over the phone. I just had Tommy's power wash my manufactured home and clean the windows inside and out. Jonathan was courteous and very personable.  I wasn't sure what to expect as I have never had this type of service before. We have always done everything ourselves and are very discriminating about the quality of the work.   Let me tell you, I was not disappointed! My home is spotlessly clean. Jonathan's attention to detail was exactly what I wanted.  He didn't miss a single nook or cranny and left no mess behind for me to clean up.   He took the screens down and scrubbed them with a grease cutting solution, same with the windows.  They are sparkling clean.   Inside my home, he cleaned the windows and tracks.  He was very careful with my things and left everything exactly as he found it. It was very convenient to get a free quote from Tommy. We communicated on phone and text - very prompt! Pricing was very reasonable. I needed the gunk residue from the stucco removed as well. Brandon just left our home after 6 hours.  He power washed our backyard patio and it looks like how it was when we moved in.  Then he tackled the windows and did a great job including removing the screens and cleaning them.  Brandon also went after the calcium deposits on two doors.  I am extremely pleased and told Tom to give me a call back next year.  They are very professional, courteous and do an excellent job. The windows were sad, and since El Nino was a no-show, I decided to be decadent and get my windows cleaned. I did the Contact Me form on one of the big places, and never heard back, so I went for a owner-run place--I tend to like supporting those places anyway. I found Tommy on Yelp, filled out his Contact form on the web site at 9 pm, and he emailed me 5 minutes later and said he'd call in the morning. He did--first thing. We scheduled a day around my convenience. Day of, John called me to let me know he was 45 minutes out. He arrived on time and did a terrific job. Barely knew he was here, and he cleaned my windows, screens, and tracks. Then he took me around and showed me a few windows that were letting moisture in between the panes and told they were probably still in warranty (they were) and I should get them replaced. Not every job can be perfect but if there are issues you always hope for a company willing to work out any quirks that come up along the way and Tom is just that guys.  Ever step of the way there was open communication and mutual respect and the guys did some great work. We had all windows cleaned inside and out, the entire outside of the house pressure washed, the surround area deep cleaned as well as all of the gutters cleaned.  The results are exactly what we were looking for. Tommy does great work and is great to work with!I am getting my house ready to sell and need it to look its best. I called several window cleaning companies, who knew there were so many different ways to price cleaning windows? Tommy's was my fourth company and he was so friendly and willing to help me and reasonably priced. He gave me a first time customer discount! I made an appointment with him right then.
