Had a great experience with them.  They came in under expected costs and under expected time.  Removed old wooden fence and installed 130' of new vinyl fence in a day and a half- extremely fast.  They were able to start within a week from first contact.  Kevin came out for the site survey and was knowledgeable and professional.  Jasmine was extremely easy to work with and accommodating.  Carlos and Alfredo were thorough and professional in their installation.  Thanks for a great experience! Company and team was wonderful. They offered me the best price on a railing and security gate, by a good margin.  Just as important, the entire team was very responsive. Despite being busy, they did their best to accommodate my schedule. After the job was done, I let them know that it was a little tough to close one of the gates. They responded very quickly and the issue was addressed. I've known too many companies/contractors that disappear once they get their money. Happily not the case here! After having numerous companies come out to bid, I ended up going with Pro Vinyl. Kevin from Pro Vinyl was a great guy. Not pushy, responsive, and overall knowledgeable about what I was trying to accomplish. Out of all the bids, they offered the most value for the price (demo, materials, labor, etc). They use a manufacturer that is high end for the vinyl fencing. I did 248' linear feet of 7' tall vinyl fencing. I haven't worked with many fence companies, but I've dealt with plenty of subcontractors. These guys did a great job. I called for a quote, 2 days later the tech came out and measured, gave me a quote in different colors options in 15 minutes. Two days later I put a deposit for manufacturing, and 4 days later they set up an install date. All in all,was less than 2 weeks to get a 55ft vinyl fence installed after years of dealing with unresponsive contractors. Very professional job and great communication, even as busy as they were. Nick was awesome in making sure everything was right anytime he had to do something that involved being permanent, he would always run it by me before doing so. Mike came out quickly, and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. He made the measurements quickly and helped make a plan for how to make the privacy fence work for our patio. When I had some ideas to customize the fence, he stayed in contact and scheduled with me to come back for a second estimate. He and his partner worked through the logistics, and wrote me a second estimate for the custom features. The crew of two came out and completed the project in one afternoon. Long story short, I got quotes from 5 different companies and Pro Vinyl was the best price I got... I am not talking couple hundred dollars but almost couple thousand less. Kevin was great consultant, he knows about the city regulations etc.. He was professional, knows his stuff and he is not just there to sell. I told Kevin that I need this project ASAP. I made 10% down-payment on Monday and the fence was installed today in less than a week.. compared to other companies with 4 to 8 weeks wait time.. Pro Vinyl has multiple teams that go out and install every day. Speaking of the team, I got Avo and Arthur today. Great team, down to earth, friendly, above all they work hard. One thing Avo had mentioned to me, you got to love what you do. I saw the passion he has in installing those vinyls... making sure every panel is balanced. Avo and Arthur were simply amazing team. I was very pleased with Pro Vinyl Fencing.  I had an old, ugly, basement door that needed to be replaced. I had interviewed several companies and Pro Vinyl sent Mike out to measure and  evaluate the problem and replacement cost. He was right on the monies I wanted to spend.  He was patient and answered all my questions and was very detailed. Two days later the basement door was removed and replaced with a vinyl door and lock which was a much needed improvement to my property. We were having the wooden side fence between our neighbor , practically on its last days, about to collapse. I needed a quick replacement. The team at Pro vinyl were very responsive from the start. They were able to schedule an on site visit for an estimate in just one day.  Once Vic had arrived, he spent the time to make all the measurements, and gave me the estimate in just a few minutes. He mentioned he would be able to have the crew come over within a week. I figured he may just be exaggerating the timeline, which is common with contractors. But they Nic showed up to do the work 3 days later.  He was pretty efficient, and he ended up doing a great on his own in removing the old fence and building the new one in less than 8 hours, finishing in one day.  The choices are a bit more limited in terms of the different styles of the vinyl fencing, but the speed, and quality of the work is superb. I am so glad I found this company! Not only were they so budget friendly, they also have the best customer service!!! In fact, I even rejected them at first because I thought that they were not able to install my rolling gate but Jasmine, who is amazing, worked it out and was able to.
