We used this company for a long distance move and it has become one of the worst experiences of our lives besides losing a son to cancer, THAT IS HOW BAD THEY ARE! ! Stay away and find a trustworthy company that doesn't tell you they'll crate your expensive art, then they don't, they break it, a ($15,000) piece, then tell you it's your fault fir not buying the extra insurance OR, "Things go missing". Where is our stolen goods, pro movers?!! Lock up your tools cause those magically disappear too, along with ladders, battery chargers and batteries, rumba vacuum etc...the list goes on and on! They hold no accountability, do not trust John Rose, Gabriel, Sam Azar or John Romero. More...

We needed to move some boxes, a wooden table and a wooden chest out of a storage unit to another smaller storage unit about 7 minutes away.  We called last minute after realizing we could not move the items ourselves - they were very professional on the phone and was able to get a 3 man crew out to do this job within a couple of hours on such short notice!  The crew called when they were heading our way and arrived right as expected.  The crew was friendly and quick - we had Joe, Jose and Sergio.  They were able to finish the job within under an hour and a half.  They did a great job - thank you! Marvin and Marco's showed up to my house ready to work. I had 3 scheduled, but the movers did great. We had two stops and we finished much faster than what I had expected. ..so I was very happy. Marvin, Spencer and Miguel deserve 5 stars.  I had hoped it was a day with no rain, but it wasn't.  They worked tirelessly all day.  My first stop was a piece of cake.  Second stop, was a show stopper for them.Their customer service department did not prepare them for a 10x25 storage unit. Consequently, the truck was not large enough to complete the job.  1/4 of our things were left in storage and our bill doubled.As, I previously stated, these 3 worked hard all day. Packed the truck to the top.  Then unloaded efficiently.Would use this company again, but would increase the amount we have to be able to move one time. After all, that is the idea, Right? More...

Had to move from one house in Cottage Grove to another. Pro Movers provided a great service. Prompt, professional & courteous. Went out of their way to make this move a pleasant experience. Highly recommend.  I needed them for a long distance move from So Cal to Nor Cal. Niko was great in reassuring me that he understood my needs and could easily accommodate our schedule.  Marco and Miguel showed up on moving day and quickly loaded everything up. We packed our own boxes,  but they wrapped up the furniture - table,  china cabinet,  display case, etc..  They knew what they were doing!  And to think we were originally going to Uhaul this on our own.  That would've been a disaster!!!  Thanks Pro Movers!! Totally happy. I needed furniture only, pretty simple. Booking was straightforward, quick and easy.  I was given a one-hour arrival window (9-10am).  I got an email confirmation right away, and a reminder the day before.  The morning of, my guy called at 8:45 and let me know he would be there in about 30 minutes. Perfect. Upon arrival, we did a quick walk-through and they got started right away.  Throughout the move, both guys were friendly, upbeat, and efficient workers. Pro Movers did a great job.  We needed help loading things, such as moving some heavy furniture (file cabinet and clothes drawer) from upstairs to garage, as well as moving things around in the garage so that it was easier to get our car in.  John did an excellent job scheduling.  Christopher and Tenoise did the crucial labor.  We were able to schedule this work for the very next day after our request, which helped us out considerably.  Thank you gentlemen for the outstanding work and turnaround! Joe, Miguel, & Gilbert of Pro Movers were-by far- the smoothest part of our moving day. We hired them to move our office (which has been in the same spot since 2004). It was a big deal for us and a bit of a mess all the way around but one of the best decisions we made was hiring them. They were there on time at 9:00 a.m.; helped us pack left over items; and organized everything onto the truck. They were polite, professional, and efficient. We had large file boxes, file cabinets, random things we just threw into bags but they were extremely patient with us. To add, we also had some hefty office desks and lots of executive chairs. Pro Movers just moved our entire house of personal belongings from Orange County to Dallas Oregon. The two guys were real pros. They were so careful to wrap and protect our furniture. Joe and Jesse were excellent, amiable, courteous and accommodating. It was a labor only move. They worked around our not quite packed place. And the fact that our packing container wasn't directly next to the apartment. They also helped us shrink wrap & completed the job within the alloted time. Our only disappointment, which doesn't involve them, was that we only got half the place moved, since we weren't ready and underestimated the size of the moving container. Thanks for your guys' help! I am SO impressed with Pro Movers OC, particularly with Joe, Carlos, and Trevor! I just moved from Irvine to Sherman Oaks and previously used Pro Movers OC without any issues, so I decided to use them again. I was a little worried because I figured the whole process would take awhile: get everything into the van from my Irvine 3rd floor apartment (no elevator) plus the 1.5 to 2 hour drive. Boy was I blown away! Not only did they hustle, but they made sure everything was wrapped very well so nothing would get damaged with the move. Everything was going smoothly and the final piece of furniture was making its way into my apartment. But with quite the surprise, no matter how many different ways they tried to get my couch through the door, it just wasn't going to happen. The guys weren't going to give up though! They sprung into action and decided to see if they could get it up over the 2nd floor balcony. The guys really believed they could make it happen, but I had my doubts. I couldn't watch because all I could picture was either them getting hurt or my couch falling to the ground and breaking apart. I seriously don't know how they got my couch up over the 2nd floor balcony, but THEY DID!! Joe, Carlos, and Trevor are freaking super heroes!! More...

These guys are excellent! Cameron and Xander handled my long distance move from California to Arizona superbly. Both the start and end destination had their logistical challenges and I had a lot of trickier items to move like two pinball machines, framed art, and a very full truck load all of which they handled with great care and professionalism and arrived safely. I have to give these guys props for going above and beyond. Edpecially Bryan a one man moving machine!! Let me tell you my story real quick. I had a previous appointment from dessert movers. See my review on these guys. They showed up stones and two hours late, so I sent them packing.Called Larry at Pro movers and he could not been more professional and helpful. Now here is my predicament that Larry and pro movers were dealing with.1 superbowl Sunday2 sunday3 I called around 11:304 I had to get out that day from my apartment.Initially they said they could do it but then called and said that their crews were to busy. Then a voice from heaven called me an offered me a one man crew Bryan!! I jumped at it because look at my predicament.Bryan came and although I was still upset about the previous company assured me he could handle it.I have never seen one man do so much without missing a beat. He moved everything, he told me if I had had music he would have moved faster.. and I believe him.. nothing was an issue couches refrigerators you name it he lugged it out like it was nothing. Pro Movers recently moved my elderly parents from Ladera Ranch to Rancho Mission Viejo.  Joe, Payden, Carlos and Jesse were all super professional, friendly and efficient with their time. I was extremely impressed with the movers my family had for our recent move from garden grove to fountain valley. They were soo fast but also soo safe with my things. Not only did they move all my things from my storage unit, but also went to my other house and moved those things. WORTH IT!! I cannot speak enough good things about them!!! One other thing to mention for people moving into small or tight hallways - these men were so incredibly creative at moving my large furniture through my narrow stair cases in my townhome! I was so surprised and realized I could absolutely not have done this move without professionals. Pro movers was so incredibly helpful. They were with me for a lot of hours but truly were so productive at loading and unloading. They each seemed like kind well mannered gentleman which was really a relief when it came to trusting someone to move my delicate furniture. I was nervous because a lot of what I own is mirrored, glass, polished silver. I was so worried of the fragile nature of these furniture items that they wouldn't make it in the move. Well they protected each piece really well and made me aware of any compromise in my furniture prior to wrapping so that I'd know where the issue came from if there was any. They paid really really close attention to detail. I even gave them instructions of a drop off in between my move and I wasn't present nor did I have to be because they remembered each item that had to go to my grandmas house. They did not make not even one mistake! In the middle of their move with me, I was so happy already with their hard work that I went and picked up lunch for all of them so they could refuel. They really are kind hearted exceptional men. Each one had their strengths in moving and Tonias has been in the industry for 20 years. Frank and Jessie were also wonderful. They had plenty of supplies, moving blankets, plastic wrap and tape so as to protect all of my furniture so that was great. They stayed with me from start to finish until I was fully satisfied of the layout of the furniture! Great experience for my local move!For my local OC move (~15 mike's), i called a number of recommended companies based on MV Connections' FB page. I asked a couple to give me a not to exceed bud which ranged from $2,600 to $1,600 based on their hourly team rates. I ultimately chose Pro Movers due to the clear and concise communication on the phone, no fuel surcharge fees, and best team rates.My team of Flash, Tim and Frank were outstanding! Personable, funny, and excellent customer service attitude. You can tell how much people like/dislike their jobs and these guys were simply five stars. This was my 3rd time using Pro Movers. They have never disappointed me. Fast and efficient. Tanoise, Frank, and Miles were my movers with my last move (9/10/18). They arrived on time, and got right to work. They moved us from a 2 bedroom duplex and a 3rd story townhome. I was so impressed with their work and services. There were not any elevators in my new home and they were so quick even with just using the stairs. Frank and Kristopher were great!  They were on time and worked super hard all day!  This was a furniture heavy move and they took care to make sure all items arrived safely.  The space we move to had some tight spaces and they took the care and had the patience to get things in the right spots. Joe and Kevin did an awesome job moving my parents home.   There were many siblings giving them various different directions and they performed the moving with a smile and they never complained. Since we could not make up our minds we had them move the furniture to many different locations in the new home, plus in Palm Springs heat, again no complaints. They packed up the garage beautifully to make sure that we had space for a car. We used Pro Movers recently and Dominic, Dave, and Juan were a great team. They moved all of our things so well and truly cared for the condition of everything. They made sure to get everything we needed packed and returned to our new place which was on the 3rd floor of a building with no elevator! They went out of the way to make our experience great.
