I would highly recommend Pro Clean LLC wood Floors. I called Ozzie because the floor in a large room had been ruined by work that had been done. I didn’t know if it could be saved. I also needed a long hallway and the stairs done-all in rough shape. He responded quickly to my inquiry. He came, said they could do it and gave me an estimate and figured out a time to do it. They came when they said they would, did exactly what they said they would do, and were done when they said they would be, on time and on budget. I am beyond happy with the work that was done. I have lived here for 23 years and these floors have never looked like this. I didn’t even know they could! I would not hesitate to call Ozzie again for other work I need done. Ozzy came to the house and gave us a quote within 2 days for sanding and refinishing our wood floors. His team completed the job within three days. My wife and I are very satisfied with the results. The floors look like they were just laid. His team were professional. We had two quotes for this work and Ozzy's was 20% of the other one. Our house was built in 1997, we moved in in 2006. Our hardwood floors on the 1st floor needed considerable work after years of wear - water stains, surface scratches, some minor dings to the wood. I called Ozzie because my hardwood floors had a film on them, I had used Bona shine and it caused a build up that dulled my floors . Ozzie came out the same day and looked at them and told me he could clean them and get rid of the build up. He came back two days later and cleaned my floors and my carpet. Quality of the work was very good and they were spot on with timing to complete the job. Our only complaint was communication. Also, while we were aware of the mess sanding would create, the back of the contract indicates that "ProClean will offer maid services for cleaning detail." This was not offered even at the walk-through when we discussed the extent of dust left. He described the process well and the dust from sanding was contained and removed. The floors look great . They had been quite worn especially in the kitchen and on the stairs. We hired Ozzie from Proclean to do the 1,000 square feet of hardwood floors at our new house. He was easy to reach and responsive to all calls. His availability in the summer weeks was scarce with the short notice I gave him, but he made it to my home on two different saturdays very shortly after we closed on our home. We ended up choosing the 1-day deep clean/light sanding method of hardwood floor refinish, and it came out BEAUTIFUL!!!! He had recommended the deep sanding method because of some stains, but we chose to do the 1 day method so we could get our furniture into our new house faster! He was still able to sand out all the stains and make my floors sparkle!!! Ozzie was kind and enthusiastic about his work. Pro Clean Wood Floors of Clinton sanded and refinished the oak flooring in our kitchen, hall and living room. From start to finish, Ozzy and his crew were fantastic. Ozzy responded quickly to our phone request for an estimate, which was surprising less than what we thought it would be. The sanding was completed in just three hours allowing the first "sealing" coat to be applied that same day. His crew were professional and trustworthy. After two days drying, the final sandings and coats of oil-based varnish completed the job. The floors are beautiful! From his suggestions on how to prepare the rooms, how to move the furniture both before and after the work as well as suggestions on ventilation during the process, Ozzy could not have been more helpful.
