Home cleaning
Each home has a different need. Some are move outs which a complete wipe down from ceilings to floors. All appliances get cleaned inside and out. All cabinets get cleaned inside and out. Everything in the home or business get wiped down and cleaned. Floors get vacuumed and mopped as many times as it needs.
Deep clean
A deep clean is similar to a move out clean except the appliances don’t get cleaned on the inside because of the price difference. They all do get cleaned and sanitized on the outside. Also the same for cabinets. The insides don’t get done but all surface areas get cleaned and wiped down. All baseboards, windowsills, fans, blinds. Every room gets a complete whip down and clean, vacuumed and mopped.
Construction clean up
Construction Clean Up is a more thorough clean so it’s more like a move out clean but needs done twice instead of once. Usually there’s a lot of debris and dust so surfaces need cleaned doubled. Construction Clean Up’s tend to run higher in price just because of the overall time And labor that goes into cleaning it.
