Mike was extremely punctual and professional. We used Princess Limousine for a Bachelorette Party and this was definitely the highlight! Mike drove us to the Malibu Wine Safaris and even cleaned up the limo when we were on our tour. He was very flexible and understanding when we asked him to drop us off at a different location than previously decided upon. Prices were very reasonable as well, which is hard to find in LA. Booked a party bus with Mike for my birthday party, and had a great time!  I called a handful of places (basically the top 5 listed on Yelp) and Princess Limos was the only one to take shorter reservations (we had 1. 5 hours) and had the best price.  Mike was very flexible, understanding, and responsive throughout the process.  Payment was very easy with a deposit charged to credit card and then cash (or credit) to the driver day of.  We had the white bus and it fit our party of 29, with about 4 people standing, which was fine with us since it was a short trip. It would've fit 25 comfortably seated.  The bus came with complimentary drinks and waters too which we weren't expecting and was a nice surprise.  Thanks for a great birthday Princess Limousine! Extremely satisfied with their level of professionalism and courtesy. They were very flexible and accommodating when are plans were about to change due to rain. I was so worried that our reservation would be cancelled but Mike assured me that we would be taken care. It was such a relief to know they were willing to be flexible. I hired Princess Limousine for a surprise wine tasting party from Los Angeles to Temecula for my mother-in-laws 60th  birthday.  Mike was so easy to work with, offered a great rate, and provided great service. Everyone had such an amazing time and loved the ride there and back as much as the wine tasting.  The party bus was amazing and was like a tour bus with two separate seating areas, a fridge, restroom, multiple sound systems, satellite tv, and even bunk beds. We had such a good time using Princess Limousine for our my husband's best friend's wedding festivities. They brought the grooms family and groomsmen to the  party to the brides home the morning of the wedding to ask for her hand in marriage (an Armenian tradition). Everything went very smoothly and later we traveled with them to do our photos with the bridal party and then to the venue. I talked to Mike about reserving a party bus for a group of 19 friends for my fiancé birthday party. He was very quick in responding and giving me a quote. I had also changed the amount of hours I wanted to have the bus a few times, and he had no problem adjusting the itinerary and quote for me.When the bus arrived he had upgraded it to a VIP tour bus at no extra charge! The driver ( I believe his name was Adam) was on time and very accommodating to the group of women in high heels that didn't want to walk a block down the street to get on the bud. That was the only place he could fit the bus due to low tree branches. So he drove around the block to get closer.The bus was very clean, speakers were great and there was whiskey, vodka and ice on the bus as well.Overall it was a great experience renting from this company! I used princess limo for my fiancé's bday. My idea was to surprise him and after speaking to them they helped me make this night perfect. Wow!  What an amazing day it was!  It was my wife's last day of work and I wanted to make it really special for her.  I decided to surprise her by picking her up in a limo and drink champaign and cruise around hollywood listening to her favorite kpop music.  I chose Princess Limo because they had good reviews and the name of course. Mike also returned my call real quick and gave me a great deal.  He understood the event right away.  As promised 15 mins before the pickup time, Robert, our driver, met me close by my wife's work.  We planned the night out.  He "got it" right away.  As my wife was waiting on curbside with her box thinking I was going to pick her up in the Uber, we passed by about 20 feet. She glanced at the car few times. Robert got out and played it off by opening the trunk. (Wife told me afterwards she thought something was wrong with the limo.)  Then Robert walked over to my wife and told her the Limo was for her.  I was sitting in the interior seat so my wife didn't see me even when she initially got into the vehicle. I yelled out, "surprise boo! Congratulations! Congratulations!"   I played Big Bang and popped the champagne.  Mike drove us to our 1st stop Filifera, rooftop bar in Hollywood. We had a blast at Filifera. We were on cloud nine. Then we took the limo to La Boucherie on the 71st floor of the InterContinental hotel DTLA.  We were listening to Big Bang the whole time and celebrating like rockstars!  What a night it was!  I asked Robert, how many times did you pick someone up on their last day of work in a limo?  He said, never.
